No hot water....and nobody seemed surprised. You should stay elsewhere, This place is generally solid, and I've stayed here many times before. However, it is now undergoing renovation which has closed the lobby and the pool for the foreseeable future. The construction also seems to have interrupted the hot water in the hotel. There was no hot water in the sink or shower. The guy at the front desk didn't seem at all surprised by the concern, but rather he blamed the construction. I definitely could have stayed somewhere else....you probably should as well.

Value hotel that is ok for a biz stay Simple hotel with minimal facilities. They are in the process of remodeling but the noise is minimal. I got an upgraded room and it was clean and comfortable. Service at the front desk and room cleaning was exceptional. Laundry and linens were pretty new and fresh. Docked a star because the small fitness center is kaput with barely anything working. Breakfast is also very basic but ok for a quick start to the day. Media options are minimal and the TV has some basic channels.

Repeat visitor Second time a this hotel. The front desk staff are awesome (early evening shift, no experience with morning/day). The hotel is going thru a refresh so hopefully updating the extremely dated rooms. The first time I stayed on the third floor it was nice, this last time stayed on the second floor, and had a smokey smell to it in the hallways despite the non smoking signs all over. The beds overall are okay. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is standard as other Hampton Inns. I have stayed at quiet a few as a hilton diamond member with work travel. Will stay again, just hoping for the rooms to be all updated. The staff and cleanliness is what makes it for me.

Uncomfortable Beds The rooms were very dated even though the location is supposed to be wrapping some construction. The bed was very uncomfortable. I travel a lot and this was one of the worst beds. The light switches in the room did not work. This was not what one would expect from a Hilton property.
