Great stay - Great price Beds were comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast was fantastic. Jeff the manager was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome during my stay. I enjoyed the thoughtfulness of all the staff and I could tell that housekeeping took pride in their job as the room was clean.

Best customer service ever! We loved Daniel He was very patient, dedicated, helpful and knowledgeable during time there and before, when I was trying to do the reservations. Very friendly and polite staff. We definitely will come back.

Hotel stay We enjoyed the location of this hotel, and the breakfast was good, except juice machine was broke. The bed was comfortable, tv worked fine, we stayed one night, but was a good place to get around to the areas we needed to visit and easy get in and out of the parking area.

One and done This is an older hotel in a commercial neighborhood with few nearby amenities. But it was sold out the nights I spent there thanks to a huge Major League Soccer game that filled pretty much every hotel in the Kansas City/Overland Park area. For the price, there wasn’t much to complain about. Management did try to keep the property well maintained and an issue with an outlet near my bed was quickly resolved. But there were no towel racks, clothing hooks or grab bars in the bathroom. And my sheet had a cigarette burn. Water pressure was good and the room was quiet and clean. Furnishing were pretty basic. Breakfast was quite forgettable. A tad disconcerting were the two police cars outside my window one morning. Bottom line: I very much doubt I would return.

Plumbing problems The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there is a guy at the front desk in the evenings who is wonderful. Those are the only good things I can really say about this hotel. The bathroom sink drained super slow. The faucet knobs in the shower were majorly messed up. Getting the temperature set right was almost impossible. There were screws that weren’t screwed all the way across the ceiling above the bed. The lobby was really nice but they need to redo their bathrooms and plumbing.
