Perfect getaway to a great hotel & attention to detail. Upon check in we were greeted by the Managers B & Raj. Check in was fast and easy and our room was ready. It was clean and roomy. They provided complimentary coffee and Continental breakfast. It is close to the back, the train, great restaurants and plenty to do in this quaint area. We look forward to our next stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for everything Raj and B!!

Guest-oriented Reception Disabled guest was quickly provided with accessible room. Receptionist went out of her way to provide Senior 85th birthday celebrant with complimentary snack pak. While facility is “vintage,” in age, excellent maintenance, cleanliness, and “TLC” have kept it up to date for continued pleasant stays.

Old but very clean & inexpensive. Older motel with availability, but clean, very inexpensive & convenient to local restaurants: Mexican, seafood, cute pub with delicious food. Fresh towels, plenty of hand soap & shampoo, and a good night’s sleep.

Solid stay, would return Super clean, super friendly staff, quiet, comfy bed, all you could hope for in a budget motel. Would totally stay here again if ever had need to be in Old Saybrook and wasn't on a resort stay budget. Is convenient to highway with free parking. Ok spot!

Human feces on sheets and terrible customer service This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I found human feces on the sheets of the bed I was sleeping in. I went to let the manager know when I was checking out but not a single person. Was available at 930 when I checked out. I called the phone number and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he doesn't get in till 1030 but he would call me back. I called back at 1230 looking to see if he was in as I had not gotten a call back. I was again told the he had not made it in yet but was aware of the situation and would call me. I called back again at 630 as I had still not gotten a call. The male on the other end said he didn't show up today but he and everyone else was aware of the situation. When I insisted that I needed a call back from the manager that evening I was hung up on. If I could rate my stay with negative stars I would. The cleanliness alone of the room but then add the lack of customer service and rudeness I would stay as far away from this play as possible.
