Efficiently Run Hotel The hotel is conveniently located to the Lacrosse and Great River bike trails and good restaurants. It is clean and efficient and the staff is friendly, hard-working and willing to help with any issues. Breakfast/coffee is started early - a real plus for us early birds. Interior lobby and rooms are well furnished/maintained. Fitness center is disappointing with only a few cardio machines in a tiny room. Exterior could use a paint/refinish. Finally I suggest get a new supplier for breakfast muffins/pastries. They are dry and tasteless - but I believe the unfortunate standard for all Hampton Inns/Hilton.

Room Pool area _ breakfast/-shopping _ _Room/whirlpool cleanliness _breakfast lady, shopping proximity See pics of shower in room and dirt cloth from wiping out dresser drawer. Room, mirrors dirty. Bed disheveled, One washcloth. Hand towel for 2 people, just 2 towels total. Kleenex out after 2 sheets. $170 night. Half the price w/ comparable circumstances expected from low budget motel. Noted you g worker on that upper floor, NOT senior staff seen on first level. Supervision needed and incentives to take pride in work to uphold failing Hilton rep. Dirty bubbles in whirlpool no restock on pool towels, Dirty pool area floor. Nice breakfast lady. Clean there. Good shopping.

Average Hampton Inn We almost always stay at Hampton Inn's. They are clean and have comfortable beds. The room was fine but the heat/ac fan ran constantly. We ended up turning the ac off because the noise was driving us crazy and it was blowing on us nonstop. The highway noise was pretty bad too with semi's going by all night. I would definitely try to get a room on the side away from the highway next time! There are several restaurants you can walk to so that was nice.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Terrible customer service!!!! Your room is suppose to be ready by 3 and ours wasn’t even ready. The rooms look nothing like the pictures you see when booking.

Dependable Hampton We spent one night and had a comfortable room. Our room was quiet. Bed was comfortable and the shower clean. The staff was friendly. This Hampton was walking distance to a few restaurants. We only grabbed coffee the next morning so can't comment on any breakfast details. Yes, we recommend.
