Most excellent!! The evening manager deserves the highest praise!!! The guy makes sure that everything is running properly, and gets everyone's needs met quickly!! There's very few like him!! I say give him a raise!!!

Awful place to stay Stay away from this hotel! You will pay full price for a "sub-standard" and very poor quality of experience and service. Here's a summary of our awful experience: 1) non-working TV in the living room, and no one within the site would be willing to fix it; 2) screeching sounds on the ceiling due to outdated/poorly maintained structure; 3) ice maker creates loud noises enough to disrupt time and time and again; 4) infested with mosquitoes; 5) crappy breakfast; 6) creepy stranger in the night knocked on our door at around 11:15pm Speaking with front desks didn't help, so much so, with a cocky Manager that could only care less about the highlighted issues.

Horrible The room was outdated, in need of cleaning. I was first assigned a room I didn’t book and was graciously moved upon contacting the front desk. The room I moved in also a worn out mattress, outdated, lacking cleanliness, with insects ants to be exact. The pure kicker was the hotel attempting to charge my credit card 100.00 after all preauthorizations where handled upon check in, I immediately called at 4:31 am pst time to inquire about the attempt, only to be met with a lie. Never would I stay here again, they require credit cards for a reason with a no cash policy, so they can attempt things like this? They need to clean up, update and get someone to spray this hotel.

2 day stay with kids Nice convenient location. Close to dining and the Ontario mills mall. Large theater near by. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly. Pool closed at 8. We checked in at 740. Went to the pool at 8 and stayed till 930. No one complained or kicked us out. The kids were very happy after a long drive and day at the softball fields

Good stay! I love it here , we love the feel of home the friendly staff, the cookies and location. Breakfast nice too.
