We’ll be back! SPACIOUS clean rooms! Very impressed! We were greeted by the friendly staff. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect! Breakfast was good and we were happy to see their regular breakfasts back! ( yum yum biscuits and gravy!) We’ll definitely stay here again!!

One Night Stay. This is a newer property and it suited us just fine. Clean and quiet room and the check-in was quick and friendly. Asked for and received a top floor room away from the noise. Very nice breakfast served by two nice ladies.

5 Nights Cross-Country: This was the best This was our 5th and last night staying in a hotel while traveling from NJ to Seattle. This was the nicest property we stayed in. It had all the comforts one needs while traveling. Spacious, clean rooms. Shower gel & shampoo & conditioner dispensers in the shower. A fridge with a little freezer for your freezer packs, and even washer & dryers for guests. In-room safe too. The cleanliness factor for breakfast was a plus. You tell the attendant what you would like and then you are served whatever you ordered. A nice touch during Covid. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent choice We were very happy with this Holiday Inn Express. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked having the extra space apart from the sleeping area, with couch and a second TV. I could have my morning coffee in there without waking my husband. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the included hot breakfast was better than many other hotels during Covid.

Downgraded Veteran I made and confirmed an initial reservation for the executive suite, when travel plans changed i needed an extra night. The hotel refused to give me the executive suite as originally booked and placed me in another room. When I confirmed the day I was to arrive I was told my reservations were good, however when I. Checked in they had changed my room down from a double queen to a single with a pull out. So not only were my original reservations completely disregarded i was downgraded not once but twice. I was able to get the two queen room back as it was still available. Traveling as a service connected veteran and a club member - both of which they were made aware I am appalled at their black of respect and service. Attached is the room key with the second of my two reserved rooms with the original room crossed out and the pull out as a second bed instead. I actually called the front desk as soon as I entered the room and ask about my original reservation and was told the pull out was my second queen. We all know this is not true. Notice to all travelers especially Veterans - Holliday Inn has no respect for you. Stay somewhere else.
