Comfortable and quiet We had a comfortable night at this hotel. The room was clean, updated and beds were comfortable. Only disappointment was no crib available for our two year old. The breakfast was very good and all staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Avoid! 1. The room smelled like a smoking room and we specifically requested non-smoking. 2. The toilet pedestal is dirty and where it bolts into the floor is crusted with weeks worth of urine and dirt. 3. The floor is dampish from the humidity AND it is so dirty that after walking across it 3-4 times my socks are black. DISGUSTING! 4. The mattress and boxspring closest to the door have a brown stain. I am hoping it is spilled hot chocolate, but it reminds me of a blood stain. 5. The shower curtain has mildew along the bottom. 6. Four of us checked in and we only had towel sets for two. My husband was treated like a criminal when he requested two more sets! They almost didn’t give him the towels and then was warned that they would take count the next day; they would know if he stole them! Seriously! 7. The sheets were old, old, old. Many snags and black spots (what was that from?) and cigarette burn holes on the green bed spread. 8. The breakfast could be refreshed in a much more timely manner.

You get what you pay for! Very old property. It is limping along. Clean as possible I guess. Good hot breakfast. Everything is on its way to the dump-furniture, fixtures, bedding, you name it. Late check in and early departure so it was suitable for our needs on the way to HHI.

Older but clean The hotel is older and that was obvious when you go into the room. The room was clean, and the bed was clean. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. And the price was right, especially compared to what other hotels were charging. I would stay here again. I will make the same complaint I make at almost every hotel we stay in. There are no towel racks so you can hang your towels and washcloths after using them, particularly when you are expected to use them the next day.

A little older place but very clean with a friendly staff Older and dated facility, but very clean and functional. On arrival we were greeted by Ms. Chrissy who was very welcoming and accommodating. She checked us in to a king suite with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board, iron. Charge was $90 and included breakfast. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but the hot things were hot, and cold things were cold. The breakfast area was cheerful, well lit and clean. Miss Freda made sure it was stocked. Also cudos to Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Betty for their cheerful "good morning" conversation. Would definitely stay here again as we pass thru the area.
