My favorite Get away Spot Customer service is always great here, I go here to get away I usually get the 2 queen beds jacuzzi suite. The room was clean bed was very comfortable. Then only bad thing about here is they only have 1 room of my preference, 2 bedroom jacuzzi suite. I got what I paid for I will continue coming back.

Nice but not clean The hotel room looked really nice but the bed had not been checked it reeked of urine and the blanket had a urine stain on it which means to me they don’t change the linens or wash them which is nasty with Covid still going around. I wouldn’t have any other bad things to say but that’s the most important part of a hotel is the bed linens. And all I got was an apology which was pretty low for the fact my heat barely worked so I slept with no blanket.

Very Basic "motel" feel in the middle of no where Upon arrival, we thought the building smelled of smoke. Even though the rooms are no smoking. There is nothing around, and I mean, nothing. The hallway had signs that their new carpet didn't come in yet so to apologize for the appearance. The carpets were covering in spackle and paint. Fine, no biggy. Then the room that we were told was "brand new" was stuffy and smelled of smoke. VERY BASIC motel room. Small, the ac unti worked wonders but gave off a smell. The bathroom had spackle and paint in the tub. Everything was very CLEAN though. I will say that. I wasn't grossed out staying here but it's just for a stop etc. The breakfast was nice. Waffle maker, eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal assortment, some juices and always cold water and cups out. Small space. The pool appeared clean and clear but there was a sign it was out of service. Not sure why. It was 98 degrees when we stayed, pool would have been nice. Elevator was scary but we took the steps. The staff is what makes this place. They were ALL friendly and so nice!!

Not so fancy My husband reserved suite room to surprise me that comes with hot tub in shower . But what surprise me is the tub has a puddle of water . Plus the chaulking between wall and tub hasn’t been fix to replace. When last time they have update this room hers the pictures

Dissatisfied, disgusted, and disappointed The hallway and room carpets are stained black. The TV would not work. I tried everything possible to get a picture and the sound, including checking the wall cable connection, which was broken and hanging out of the wall, and the HDMI inputs. I attempted to phone the front desk only to find the phone not functioning, not even a cord attached. Safety violation. At that point, 10:30 pm, I figured what’s the point and went to sleep. At 02:30am I was woken by a horrible screeching noice. I figured it was the TV doing something or the AC unit. Neither one of these were the problem. After 3 minutes it stopped. I went back to sleep and again at 03:00am it started all over. This time the little.clock radio on the nightstand was the issue. The cord in the back was barely attached and when you moved it it would screech, loudly. Fire hazard. When morning finally arrived I wanted to just shower and leave. Well, that was not pleasant either. The tub backed up so there I stood in nasty calf deep water. I should have guessed that was going to happen when I watched the water drain slow before I got in. After quickly finishing, I was drying off and noticed a peanut butter like substance splattered on the side of the vanity. I quickly threw on clean clothes, packed my stuff and left. Yes, I could have gone to the front desk and told them all about it. However, the front desk clerks can’t refund your money or even fix those problems, and just don’t care. With that being said, I did leave a complaint with the corporate office and I’ll even call them. I’m also not checking into this hotel again. I gave up a non refundable night, $1110.00, to stay else where. You may check into this hotel and have an absolute wonderful experience. I hope you do. All I know is what went wrong for me.
