Convenient, friendly staff, room not cleaned Room bathroom had not been cleaned, staff offered to move us, but my moving my disabled husband after I got him settled wasn't something I wanted to do. Shuttle driver very kind. Convenient location for park stay and fly.

Bad customer services and problem solving I was staying for 3 nights 4 days 21 - 24jun. The first day (07/21)no was too bad, ac does not work and the floor around the ac was wet, I let the front desk know and they give me a new room without problem (morning of 22) At 4 am (07/23) I have a situation with my son and I have to go to the parking lot; at that time the 2nd room start to smell soaked and the ac does not work either, I let the front desk know again, and the rude lady told me I have to keep the ac on 72d and she can’t give me a new room because they don’t have any. Of course, I’m not expecting a new room at that time but at least you can give me a solution for later today. We keep the same soaked room, later that day when we went to the room we have not received room service, im going to let the front desk know AGAIN ac still does not work as should, and the room service. I explain the unpleasant stay to a nice gentleman, he help me with that request and was friendly and told me he will be refunded a 100$ for my stay for the situation and the room service it’s under request, I inform him when I check in the lady told me the room service it’s one day between because I’m staying more than one night. He help me with a switch to a new room (3rd room) finally this one was perfect. When I’m checking out I informed the nice lady at the front desk what happened the last night and she let me know she will be checked whit the gentleman because I have a third party on my reservation as soon she confirms, she will be contacting to me on Wednesday 07/26 On Thursday 07/27 I call to the hotel to see what happen whit my case because I have not received any call I requested the lady who was working on my case, and the nice lady told me that lady work the Saturday 07/29 but I can explain the situation and see if she can help, I explain the situation and she told me she would be talking with the manager about that and he would return my call and if I want I can call on Saturday and spoke with the lady who works on my case. Saturday 07/29 no one returned my call, I decide to call AGAIN and explain my situation AGAIN, the nice lady transfer me to the manager, explain the situation to the manager, and he mentions he will be check want they have to do for reimbursement, he supposed to call me back on Monday 07/31; no one returns my call. I call for 3rd time Thursday 08/03 and spoke with a lady, explain the situation AGAIN, she told me she will be talking with the manager and return my call the next day. No one returns my call, so I call AGAIN on 08/04 I request speake with the manager, and explain the situation AGAIN and the manager told me the only thing he can do it’s reimbursed 40$ to a debit card it’s on file ( of course it’s not mine) and I have to handle the reimbursement with the third party by my self and that all. Have a great day At this time I don’t know if he makes a real reimbursement because he doesn’t send proof of that. Very bad customer service bad problem solving. Now I don’t know where I have to call to get that money and Being from one side to the other

Stay away. Stayed 1 night for a Park & Fly. The alarm did not work. The shuttle does not operate 24/7. The tub had rusted patches on it with a few years soap build-up. This place was gross. The staff was truly unprofessional and I felt as if I was interrupting them by checking in.

Poor experience at Best Western Make sure to tell front desk to have your room cleaned every day or you'll have to ask front desk for towels every day, trash cans won't be emptied and bed will not be made! Even using the door tag to make up the room will not work. Paid way too much for lacking service.

You Get What You Pay for I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, off the beaten path and had free parking for paid guests. My husband accidentally left behind some medical equipment and when we called later in the day of check out was given the run around about whether housekeeping turned in the equipment. As it turned out we had reservations to stay in the same hotel in a couple days so we could be near the Orlando airport. A quick check in with Housekeeping was to no avail. This hotel is old and definitely in need of some upgrades. Our first hotel room 414 had a huge rust ring in the tub that was covered over with a rubber mat. Breakfast was included with the stay but we opted not to eat in the dining room as it was too small to accommodate all the summer time guests.
