Great Hotel My husband and my two sons recently stayed at this hotel to attend the Pop Tarts bowl. If you are going to something at Camping World this is a great hotel to stay at. They have transportation to the city bus transportation to the stadium. It is very easy to do and did not take a very long time to get to the stadium and back from it. We got two rooms as my sons are 19 and 22. If you can do that it is great. We had a great king room with a seperate living area and kitchen. They had a queen room next door. It worked out so well for us all as would could be together if we wanted or separate also! We had free breakfast included in our package. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of hot items and fruit and yogurt that was great also. We had room service several nights. The food was very good and warm. All of the employees at the hotel are wonderful. We had great experiences with everyone. The employees make this hotel great. My only complaint was that the hotels pool was outside and not heated. It was too cold to get in when we were there. I did enjoy the hot tub and the fountains in the pool. I wished there was some more seating out there as it got busy. The seating area outside of the pool was nice and I saw people using it. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay there. If you are going to the Kia Center, Camping World or the soccer stadium this is a great hotel and at a good price.

Excellent stay with outstanding service The hotel was clean, and the overall experience met the highest standards. The breakfast was outstanding, offering great quality and variety. We would also like to recognize Siurika, who assisted us during breakfast. The professionalism and attentiveness was exceptional, particularly in remembering our preferences from the previous day, which made the experience feel very personalized. Overall, our stay was perfect, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Short Orlando family get together Even though it was not the best location for us, as we had intended to stay around Lake Buena Vista, by mistake we ended up in this beautiful Downtown location, where the hotel impressed us with its excellent accommodations and best service from its dedicated Staff. I want to specially commend our waitress Siurika during our two-days breakfast at the hotel, who makes the best coffee ever at the espresso machine in the restaurant and who made sure we had an amenable time during our meal. Thank you for the best time ever! I would certainly return to this hotel in the future, even though it’s not too close to the parks.

Siurikh was the best!! I sat at the bar in the restaurant each morning and a lovely lady named Siurikh waited on me each morning and she was so pleasant and helpful it really started my day off each day with a good feeling. She is a gem and a credit to your hotel/restaurant.

Great stay and love the courtesy shuttle We had a great stay at Crown Plaza Orlando Downtown. Hotel was clean and well maintained. It was a good value for the price. Would definitely stay here in the future. A big bonus was the courtesy shuttle which took us anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. It ran every half hour. Leaford and Derek were our drivers and they were great. They gave us good advice on things to do and see in the area.
