STAY AWAY!!! HIDDEN FEES - NO PARKING - TERRIBLE ROOMS I Travel to Orlando atleast once per month to go to Disney or visit our daughter, and in all of my years going to Orlando ive never stayed in a worse hotel than this seaworld doubletree. Their deceptive fees started the trip in a negative direction as we paid through capital one travel and never once was there a mention of a $38 PER NIGHT parking fee (this is not normal in orlando). Once we checked in and paid their "refundable deposit" we were informed they would be keeping $74 of it for the parking fee upon checkout...then we drove to the back of the property where our room was, and there was absolutely no parking whatsoever!! What we just paid $74 for was non existent and we had to park over 1 mile away and walk back to our room with all of our luggage at 11pm at night!! Once we got into our room it was a disgusting motel style room which I was not expecting as I thought doubletree was a nicer chain than that. Needless to say i would never have booked here if I had known these details before booking. To add INSULT to injury, when I left my review on Google, doubletree had the nerve to respond and say the parking fees WERE disclosed during booking, which is an ABSOLUTE LIE, ive included screenshots of my receipt and booking screen to show they were not disclosed. And the reason they get away with it is they take it out of your "refundable deposit" which they take your credit card for at check-in. Complete fraud

Jose was AWESOME! Jose the Hilton Guest Ambassador was so welcoming and kind! He let us know about special vacation packages and was very lovely. We will definitely be coming back!

Bad Customer service Worst experience with Customer Service I ever had with a Hilton Brand. And had room charges I never made. And the booking experience lack off. You can't get anyone. Phone system is all AI and it will hang up on you if you try to change a RSVP.
