Angel Was an Angel! Ange, Ibrahmin, and Tatiana did a wonderful job! Very excellent customer service! Ibrahim and Tatianna, I did not get to talk to as much as I would have liked (whenever I needed to go to the front desk they simply were not on shift, but Angel was. Not only was Angel professional and polite, he was also very courteous and eloquent with his explanations of hotel procedures, policies, and itemization. He assisted my friend and I with a room change, as we found a couple things room with our initial room. And he also gave us cookies!

Terrible, stay somewhere else if you can! First of all parking is a big confusing mess. This appeared to be a hotel tower and bunch of old small, dilapidated, hotels combined with the Doubletree name slapped on them. We stayed in the main tower instead of the outdoor entry sketchy looking hotels that were randomly surrounding it. There is no parking for the main tower so you must go through a series of gates that lead to the old hotels and find parking in one of those lots then haul all of your luggage across random parking lots to get to the tower. Upon entering our room there was trash on the floor and suspicious wet smears on the furniture. The bed linens seemed clean enough to suffice and we were absolutely exhausted by the time we found our way to the room so we just cleaned the trash and stayed put. The bathroom fixtures are very old but seemed clean enough, there was no exhaust in the tiny bathroom so it was soaking wet after every shower. The woman at check in clearly wanted to be anywhere but at work and was very rude. It was an overall terrible experience and not what I expect when booking a Double Tree.

Great experience Check-in was a fantastic experience. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Vanessa (Nessa). She was amazing from the start—funny, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She made the check-in process quick and easy while also making us feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude and great sense of humor really set the tone for our stay. It’s clear she cares about providing great service, and she made a wonderful first impression of the hotel.
