Not impressed and won't be back. The location is okay. Not much within walking distance short of crossing the very busy road and continuing on. The main entrance along with walking through the lobby you get the impression this is a hotel that offers nice accomodations. There was a great vibe going on outside- music, pool, etc. I had read prior reviews that encourage you to get in the tower. I am thankful I did because several of my counterparts that attended the conference were not so lucky and they said the rooms were less than desirable and had to be moved once there was availability. I was successful in getting my room changed to the tower although I have to say not impressed. The room was clean; however, the fabric chair in the room had numerous stains on the seat that made it less than appealing to sit down on. It was definitely dated! I went to the desk 2 times requesting that maintenance or housekeeping switch out the bedside lamp as the port on the lamp was not working. The phone in the room also did not work. Maintenance finally came up at 9pm on Friday night and said "oh that is gonna be housekeeping". Needless to say I never heard from housekeeping in regard to switching out the lamp. So I'm not sure I would waste my time communicating there is an issue. The restaurant is nice but please note when you make a purchase you will have the total and then in small print gratuity is automatically added along with the tax for a final total. THEN below that there is an additional recommended tipping chart so you can add additional monies to the total bill. I'm guessing they feel their servers deserve 40% tip as opposed to 20%. Overall it was okay but won't stay here again.

Decent family hotel Recent visit to this hotel in Orlando. We had a couple of issues in the room which were rectified by the reception staff. Rooms were clean and tidy, slightly dated but nice non the less. Staff were extremely helpful, across all areas. Choice of two pools which were good for a young child the main one we stuck to had a nice wee beach bar for food and drinks. Unfortunately the bar in my opinion was poorly stocked. Beers that where advertised where not available over out 4 day stay in this bar but in others on site. A short walk rectified this. Hotel was a bit off the main international drive strip but there is a shuttle bus available just outside the hotel which you can get inclusive tickets for from reception area covering your daily travel to multiple areas via the I-drive bus. Just a few small issues dropped it to a 4 star review but. But Overall decent hotel. Would stay again.

Nice family Double tree Hilton in Orlando Marlin Guest Ambassador was fabulous! She was so helpful explaining the Hilton program advantages.

Here for work but enjoying some sun! Very nicely maintained grounds with multiple seating areas and a nice pool with a bar close by! Had a great dinner at the onsite restaurant. A Hilton Ambassador named Marlin stopped by as I was having a coffee and we had a great chat and I scored some free Hilton points!
