Bad experience A total desiccation. The price-quality ratio is not what the images show. Poor hygiene and expensive parking for the car. It's like staying in a Motel 6.

Not even for free: filthy, neglected, and full of rats I am deeply disappointed with this hotel. From the very first moment, the complete lack of organization is evident: the staff is uncoordinated, no one can provide clear answers, and, even worse, their attitude toward guests is one of total indifference. There is no effort to assist or to offer solutions, which creates a frustrating and highly disrespectful experience. The room service is, without exaggeration, one of the worst I have ever experienced. Not only is it extremely poor and careless, but unbelievably, the staff even complained when we requested that the cleaning be done. Instead of providing the service politely—as would be the minimum expectation in any hotel—it feels as though guests are a burden and that asking for basic housekeeping is somehow an inconvenience for them. This attitude is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward paying customers. The rooms themselves are in deplorable condition: worn-out furniture, poor cleaning, and neglected details that clearly demonstrate there is no concern for guest comfort. One would expect at least the basics in terms of hygiene and respect, but this place does not even meet those minimum standards. What is most alarming is the constant sense of abandonment. As a guest, you pay to receive a service, but here all you get is neglect, disinterest, and overall terrible quality. Without a doubt, this has been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It is so bad that it should not even be considered a hotel, but rather an insult to any traveler. I would not recommend it under any circumstances, and I truly hope no one else has to endure such an unpleasant experience. _ If you are looking to ruin your vacation and walk away with the worst possible memory of a trip, this is the perfect place. As if everything mentioned above were not enough, this so-called ‘hotel’ also has rats. Yes, rats, plenty of them. That says it all.

Very dirty, they need cleaning and more hygiene. La piscina tiene moho negro alrededor del borde y el inodoro de la habitación tenía problemas de descarga. The pool has black mold around the edge and the toilet in the room had flushing problems. Very dirty, they need cleaning and more hygiene.

Highly disappointed Picked this hotel for location and amenities, only to have no amenities! So very disappointed children. Was not told at booking or check in that mini golf was closed, no balls on pool tables, ping pong etc outside. The hot tub wasn’t working any during the stay. Ordered food while at pool took over an hour to receive a child’s pizza and a quesadilla. Bartender did call and ask after about 50 minutes and he said sorry but still cost me $58 for my order with drink. So I’d avoid ordering! Kids drinks was gone before they g the pizza. Was there for 3 nights and had to find other activities in the afternoons since the rec we thought we could do there was unavailable.
