Excellent Nice hotel, clean rooms. A lot of choices for the breakfast. Nice location, you can walk to Icon Park. We had a little problem at check in, they could not find our reservation from hotels.com. it was resolved fast. Rates were reasonable. Large parking.

Awful management and disrespectful front desk I have never been treated so poorly in my life. In 2022-2023 I stayed about 200 nights. 1 night I arrived late and was told I couldn’t check in bc of the night audit. The next time I can I arrived just past midnight and I was told again I couldn’t check in bc the front desk person didn’t have access to the computer. Another night I arrived I was treated so poorly and the front desk person started making anti-Semitic comments, not knowing if I’m Jewish or not. And this was about a month after the whole situation in Israel started. I reached out to the general manager of this property about the situation, and I received a response that they will never honor my reservation again. I have reached out to the general manager of the three properties and I have been completely ignored. This is not the treatment that Hilton has provided in the past and this should not be a Hilton property and this general manager should not be in business.

Great location! Comfortable, clean hotel. I would have given this 5 stars - our stay has been perfect. Staff were so polite and helpful and did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Everything we needed was provided. The breakfast was plentiful, and a wide range of foods to suit every palate.. It was kept spotless by the friendly cleaning team. Aesthetically, it is in need of an update. This did not spoil our enjoyment of our holiday though in any way. I’d recommend staying here if you need an affordable yet comfortable hotel.

Noisy Room/Disinterested Staff We arrived after midnight and so were very tired once we got our luggage in the room. We heard a mechanical noise but were not to concerned at first but it came back about 10 minutes later. At that point we did not have it in us to change rooms so we just decided to tough it out. It was very loud and repeated itself every 10-15 minutes the entire night. We spoke to front desk and then the manager the next morning and they simply did not care. They confirmed they were aware of the noise and that there had been other rooms available. No excuse for not putting us into another room and no sincere apology. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. Would not stay here again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone else.

Good Hotel near Universal! This was a nice property near Universal Resort. International Drive was beautifully landscaped. Room and bathroom was clean, the typical Hampton breakfast acceptable. My only complaint was the $5/night overnight parking fee. Don’t charge your guests to park. The majority of Hampton Inn’s don’t charge for parking. I also do not see any non-visiting cars parked an issue.
