Room 276 is a really bad retrofit called accessible. This review is for room 276 specially. We booked this hotel because it was one of few that had a roll in shower. The first thing we noticed is that there were multiple doors that you needed to go through to get to the building and then room that were not accessible. Luckily, I was there to open the doors for my husband. Once we got to the room the safety lock on the door was broken. The bathroom was retrofitted and really bad. To get it to be roll in they tiled in a slope that went down so when you showered, water went into the rest of the bathroom away from the drain. There were broken tiles under the seat. The shower head only went shoulder height so anyone not sitting had to squat. The sink was raised to be Ada height but it was done in a janky manner. The chairs had stains on them. The room was as clean as it could be and I commend the housekeeping staff but it needs to be gutted and redone. One day I opted to take the steps from the lobby in building 2 and when I grasped the door handle it pulled away from the door.

Clean, Comfortable & great location... This was my 5th time staying at the Holiday Inn Resort. I drive a Motorcoach and usually bring high & middle school band and orchestra to Orlando. As always, I have a very nice comfortable stay. The rooms are spotless & the beds are comfortable. The housekeeping staff do a great job. I'd like to give a salute to Ancel & Luis Perez. They both went out of their way help me & one of my coworkers. If you like to swim, the outdoor pool is massive, and they have 2 nice hot tubs. There is an Applebee's on property. Landry's & Saltgrass Steak House are right next door. There us a Ford's Garage restaurant just down the street. All great places to dine. Always look forward to staying here.

Angel was great! Angel was fantastic! He served us breakfast and was always super accommodating! I especially appreciated him because I was dealing with a knee injury and hobbling around!
