Near the airport, 10-minute drive Very nice hotel and near the airport. Took only 10 minutes to reach. Room are spacious and clean. My heater was old and not working, I could not get the heater to work in the morning, it was only blowing cold air and the mornings are chilly still in Florida. Like to note, the staff at check in the afternoon were kind and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Just one thing to note, for breakfast they have a note to not take food out of the area into your room. I thought that was ridiculous, lots of times small areas are busy with nowhere to sit and secondly, a customer should have the right to eat in their room if they want in privacy. Everyone was paper product anyway; it would not cause any harm. I stayed at almost 1000 hotels in my life and never seen this before, quite ridiculous. I was shocked considered folks bring food to their room at dinner time to eat, so no different.

No bang for your buck more of a fizzle. Checkin was perfect Joey the clerk was fast and efficient . When I checked in the room it swarmed with roaches. Breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, a pancake maker, Cheerios/fruit loops, coffee, and a juice machine. I asked Joey at the front desk if the property was a vegan hotel and he asked me why and I asked him why wasn’t there bacon or sausage at the breakfast bar and his response was that they only serve it certain days of the week mind you this was a Sunday morning.

In terrible shape. Stay away One of the poorest kept rooms I have ever stayed in. I told the front desk about the several repairs required in the room. I listed the following and was told that they would put the room out of commission. A brief apology was all I got. My inconvenience and unpleasant stay was left me with a bad opinion of Quality Inns in general. Cracked sink in the bathroom, mold around the base of the toilet, scratches on the bottom of the cabinet that housed the refrigerator, a bathtub that was stained and has a white coating on the drain, a bathroom mirror with damaged edges , a rusted lamp on the night table, an ironing board that was dirty and a little black bug that was crawling on the wall.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! I attempted to cancel reservations made for 3/26/2024, over a month in advance. The front desk manager, Neil, REFUSED to refund my money. He said it was non-refundable because it is through Expedia and not their hotel. I had JUST cancelled another (non-refundable) hotel...and when I called they happily cancelled and gave Expedia authorization to refund my money. NOT NEIL. He refused to refund my money for a room, a month in advance! When I confronted him that it wasn't a matter of CAN'T but you WON'T refund it, he admitted that was true...after he had lied to me, repeatedly, blaming Expedia.

Clean but basic hotel Very basic hotel. Stayed mid- February and booked based on proximity to airport with included shuttle and included hot breakfast. I did not get to use the shuttle as my flight was delayed until after 10pm. Based on reviews I wasn’t expecting much and I’d gotten a very good rate. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom needs work- very dated. But water pressure was decent. However, there is no elevator. Carrying luggage up the stairs wasn’t fun, especially after a very long day travelling. Yes there is a hot breakfast, but it is very basic; pancake machine gave 2 pancakes the slightly larger than a dollar coin. Yogurt had a horrible aftertaste, and my son saw bugs on the counters near the juice machine.
