I Recommend staying here. Rooms are great. I have to say it's the 2nd best hotel in Osage Beach. NICE STAFF AND THE INDOOR POOL IS HEATED. WAS GREAT. THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME. EGGS Biscuits and gravy waffles oatmeal muffins 4 types of cereal and bacon. Great place love it.

Not clean Dirty tub. The bathroom floor towel had a snot smear. Filthy walls in room. Parking lot was sketchy.

Don’t stay here Gross! Property and rooms not clean! Bathroom has gross mess on walls and floor. Boogers on wall in room. Hotel pictures of property are at least 20 years old.

Pitiful place Walked into the lobby where the door to the laundry room was left open for patrons to see. Guestroom was dirty with no hot water at sink. Bathroom was dirty and walls were patched. One wall in the bathroom had no finish on the wall at all and looked moldy. Mattresses were placed on wire frames that stuck out from all sides of the bed. Room had a strange odor. We paid for a late check-out but received a phone call at 11am asking us to check-out. We explained we had requested and paid for a late check-out. Within minutes, a housekeeper was entering our room.

Two thumbs up Great beds!! Nice and firm. Hot water and clean rooms. A little dated decors wise but a very comfortable stay. Would be nice to have an elevator though. The review process on this form sucks however since it requires more than is necessary to get the just across.
