AWESOME HOTEL! GREAT MANAGER!! The hotel is Great! The staff is also Great! Tyler the manager goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you want it to be. I stay in alot of hotels and have stayed in alot of different hotels in the area. This one has become me absolutely 100% go to hotel everytime. The beds are awesome and the rooms are Big! Very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!!!!

Great Service The employees went above and beyond during our stay to help make it feel like home! Even filling up our sippy cup with milk when this mom forgot the milk at home! The pool was very nice with little ones and the breakfast was good.

Perfectly fine. No room cleaning services We stayed here for 7 nights. It was a perfectly fine place to stay, but came with some disappointments. I put a request for a handicap accessible (HA) room at the time that I made the reservation on their website, NOT a 3rd party website. They did not have an HA room available when I checked in and said that they "missed it" on my reservation, but when they checked, they saw it. I was given a slight discount for the inconvenience. It made showering tricky for me. Also, they do not clean the rooms unless your stay is MORE than a week. IMO, that's part of what you pay for at a hotel, so I was disappointed to have been there for 7 nights with no service. They are happy to give you clean towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. as often as you wanted. Also, the beds are a little too high, but in all fairness, I will say that this seems to be a common problem of late at several hotels. It would have been helpful to have a foot stool, and I'm not a short person. Their free continental breakfast was pretty decent and plentiful. And, overall, the hotel was very clean. I would stay here again provided a HA room was available, though I would make a request for the room to be serviced at least twice if I was going to be there for a week.

Overchraged and a moldy leak The room had a leak in the roof an around the window the plaster was falling and there was mold around the edges. There was a hole in the wall/floor area below the leak. There were ants comining into the room from that hole. The hallway floors are filthy. The breakfast area floor was dirty as well. The people were all very nice but not very helpful. All, including the manger, seemed helpless. They severely overcharged us for the room. We paid $382 when the other people staying were paying $179. The manager said he had no congtrol over this becaseu we booked online.

BEWARE! Dirty & Horrible Service! Worst hotel experience I have encountered in 40+ years of traveling on business. Rooms were dirty. Shower Did not operate despite asking for maintenance to come and repair it twice over 3 days. The general manager proved that he could care less if we had a horrible experience. The entire hotel is so dirty!
