Exceeded our expectations and fairly priced. The property was very neat and tidy. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The property is a little hidden through a residential area but with gps it an easy find. Movie theater and lots of food choices are very close. The pool was open…I would stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable This hotel was clean, and our room was comfortable. One of the rings on the shower was broken and allowed water to pool on the floor outside the shower. We could still take showers, but we just had to try to wipe up the water on the floor afterwards. The bed was comfortable. The TV, mini fridge and AC worked well. We didn't try the microwave. Ben, the front desk person when we arrived, was friendly and efficient at checking us in. Diane, in charge of the breakfast area, was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked clean.

Barely even the bare minimum Absolute bare minimum hotel. Dirty floors. Broken plumbing. Rude front desk response when raising issue about other guests yelling and fighting in hallways at 3am. Guests Smoking in other rooms.

Great stay, great hotel, great staff! Very good relaxing stay. The frontdesk staff as well as housekeeping were fantastic. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The hotel was quiet and safe. My room was clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel in Oswego IL Family friendly hotel with great staff, good hot breakfast daily. Walking distance to the movie theater & grocery/drug store. Approx 20 minutes to the outdoor outlet mall and an indoor mall. Many great restaurants!
