Pleasant stay. Everything about my room was great. Clean room with modern a/c unit with digital temperature control. I asked for a quiet room, so my room was a king on the front side of the hotel. I had a second floor room, no elevator. But it was ok to take the stairs only staying for two days. The hotel clerk did offer to help me with my luggage, but I am too independent for that! I can't comment on the breakfast as I slept too late! Lots of channels on the TV, good choices. The bathroom was very current. The room was in great condition without any adverse smells, like no air fragrance, etc. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable, clean room. It is on the north side of town. A mile from a grocery store, but on the other side of town from the new development of town. But that made it away from traffic as well.

Place is CLOSED without telling people who had reservations The place is closed and didn't bother to tell anyone who had reservations. We made our reservations the first part of Feb. of this year. Had I not had a gut instict to give them a call and just make sure about our rooms we would have been in a bad place. Found out in time and we talked to the other motel we stayed at and they said they closed in March. Horrible to do that to customers who were faithful to the brand of hotel. Will not stay with them again.

Unsatisfied Hard bed. Breakfast very bad. No trash bags. One set of towels. One of the outlets was broken. Way over priced. The last working was very nice and friendly but the hotel it's self is horrible and way over priced.

Never Again The only thing good I can say is that it was a roof over our heads. Before traveling, we contacted the hotel to ask about taking our dogs (the website said they did) and we were curious about the fee. The front desk clerk on the phone said it was $25 per dog. Thankfully we decided not to to take our dogs after all because upon our arrival, we saw signs that said “no pets allowed.” We asked the front desk clerk and they said no pets and that it’s a $300 fee if our room showed any evidence that there was a pet in it. Good thing we opted not to take them. The hotel was FREEZING!!! Everywhere! We got in our room and couldn’t get our heat to turn on. We called the front desk and told him it wasn’t working. He said “turn it on.” Well duh! We tried. Turned out we had to reset the breaker and the thermostat read 55 degrees. The toilet in our bathroom had pee stains on the seat. The blankets on the bed are extremely thin. The vending machines were cash only. When I tried to use it, it kept spitting my money out and would only take coins. I asked Shane for change. He was not happy about needing to get me change and argued about it would take cash. I had to show him it kept saying coin only. The items I purchased from the machine ended up being expired by 6 months. I was not happy. The next morning we got up and went to get breakfast. Extremely limited. The coffee and cappuccino machine was disgusting. I went to grab milk out of the fridge for my coffee and you could smell spoiled milk badly. I smelled the carafe the milk was in and it was definitely sour. My husband went to grab bread and there was mold on pieces. The lobby restroom could be used and said out of order. We will not be staying there ever again!!!

Good service, gross room. The staff here are very nice. The room, however, was disgusting. Sticky dried up liquid on the walls, an empty Pepsi bottle behind the bed. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Spend extra and go elsewhere. We wish we would have!
