Awful Motel 1st room they put me in the carpet was saturated at front door. 2nd room the fridge didn't work, and the light in the shower had no cover. Safety hazard to say the least. No food in the morn because of the coronavirus. When I complained, muffins from the fridge came out and a few bagels. Milk for cereal was almost empty. No yogurt nothing. So next morn, maid service is the worst ever, A girl comes to change trash and get dirty towels at 9am. Really had just awoke. No refill of cups nor coffee. No bed making. No vacuuming. Apparently later after I left for the day I got towels. 2nd morn. No breakfast at all. No milk nothing. Maid service came in while I was the store. Took out trash took dirty towels. No bed making, no vacuuming again. No new tissue box. No coffee refill nor cups. 3rd morn. No breakfast. Left note for coffee refill, cups, and tissue. They Came in and changed trash and took dirty towels. Came back 2 hours later, eating my store bought breakfast, front desk just walks in my room without knocking. Left cups and tissue, no coffee. No towels, no bed making. Left again for 9 hours came back. Still no towels nor coffee. I'm on my 4th night. I'm sure tomorrow I'll still not get breakfast, coffee, and definitely have to sleep in these same dirty sheets... Worst Motel/Hotel I've ever been in. STAY AWAY. For your own good.

Dirty and scary! We booked one night at this hotel, Quality Inn and Suites are usually safe and clean. WRONG! Had a bad feeling about this place upon pulling up to the front door to check in. Took 3 people 15 minutes to check us in. The rooms have doors on the outside, something you don't see much of anymore. Went in, the room was dirty. My daughter went to the bathroom and screamed while in there. Spiders were on the ceiling and falling down on her. The bathroom was filthy. We immediately got our other 2 ladies out of their room and left. No refund because it was a no cancel room. Went to another hotel and got rooms for the night. Do not stay here. It is dirty, scary and needs to be torn down. The employees don't know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Also, the same person owns the Comfort Inn across the street. It didn't look any better. I will be letting the Comfort office know about both of these places. They give the Comfort brand a black eye.

Comfortable Stay My wife and I were looking for a place to stay overnight after attending a seminar by Mark Gungor. We picked this one since she is able to get discounts with Choice Hotels. The property was nice. The check-in process was quick. The suite was clean and the bed comfortable. The room had a whirlpool/hot tub in it. We did not use it, but I found you need to be careful when walking around that section of the room since the tub is situated not far from the foot of the bed. It has a nice microwave and mini refrigerator. One thing I found odd is that the toilet and bathtub is enclosed separately from the bathroom vanity with the sink, which is to the left, when you enter the room. I was curious about the noise level, considering the location, but we had a peaceful sleep. The breakfast offerings were sufficient with the standard fare of cereal, sweet pastries, juice, coffee, eggs, etc. Overall, we were satisfied and would definitely pick this place again.
