We will be back for sure!! Stayed here while we were in town for our yearly business meeting in Owatonna with another co worker. Our whole stay was exceptional! From the minute we checked in till the minute we checked out everything was great. We stay all. over the US for business and this hotel is one of the best ones I have been in. The staff is probably the best part. Everyone was very helpful and so friendly. I ended up talking with the manager, Paras, and signed a contract to have the rest of my employees stay here for the rest of our future meetings in town. Thank you Quality Inn and Mr. Paras!

Great location Good location and very quiet all the time. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and with everything we needed. The room was great. Comfortable beds, tv was a flat screen and worked, the room was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place, Great staff! Great staff, very helpful and friendly! Room was clean and nice. Recently remodeled modern room. Very quiet and secure place. Would definitely stay here again! I would recommend this hotel for people to stay at

Clean & Cozy We were only there for one night and it was great. They are still in the process of updating but everything was clean. Staff was friendly. rooms are clean and newly renovated, lobby looks amazing. Good location on the I-35 exit. We will definitely stay again

Horrendous rude staff Booked through pricelonce fri-sun. Checked in Friday with no issues. Front desk clerk said they were having some it issues so wasn't sure of key would work and possibly suggested an issue with priceline. We got to our room fine with no issues. Next day, we were called by the front desk-extremely rude and said we need to pay or get out of our room. We explained we paid thru priceline and showed them the receipt. They decided to call the cops which ended up be more helpful to us. Needless to say- priceline refunded our money and we stayed at a different hotel. Most ridiculous situation ever encountered. Will never stay at this chain again!
