Hampton Inn Owego

Basic Hampton This is a basic Hampton. The room was fine. The bed was a tad hard, but I guess that's a personal preference thing. No complaints here. One big praise: The TV was very easy to connect to my laptop, meaning I wasn't at the mercy of whatever was on Owego cable. Would stay there again.

Stay At Hampton Inn Owego, NY On 7.10.2024 We arrived around 5pm. The Hotel entrance was obscure and partially blocked off. We had to drive up a one-way incline and then back down to park our vehicle due to benches blocking the exit with no explanation as to why it was blocked off. Front desk service was excellent and courteous. Upon entering the room, we found the bathroom sink dirty with toothpaste and hair stuck to the bathroom door. I also noticed a moldy odor when close to the sink. We disinfected everything with Lysol Wipes as we always do. The carpet was stained in places and the tile floor was questionable. The chair was dirty and there was only one chair for two people. I found it necessary to borrow an additional chair from the lobby during our stay. One of the beds was quite wrinkled in places as if someone had sat on it. The bedding itself appeared clean. The cooling system was very noisy. I was awoken at 2am by rumbling noise from the next room which may have been a refrigeration unit. The noise lasted for quite a while and came off and on making it difficult at best to get any sleep. Breakfast was particularly good except for the coffee which was pathetic. The coffee labeled as “bold” was ok but clearly not very bold. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay here. For 169.50 we expect much better.

Not welcome. Never have I not been acknowledged by manager on duty,except for this Hampton Inn.Literally walked by front desk and manager never looked up from her phone.Had a problem with digital key,walked back to desk and asked for key(card),and still nothing.Room smelled of body odor.Bought air sanitizer across street to mask smell.Only one night stay,so put up with issues.Will be accessing my Honors membership if this experience continues..

Average. This hotel was not located in the best area of Owego. It is right next to a vacant hotel facility. The hotel was okay but there weren’t a lot of staff around. The rooms were pretty clean. The pull our sofa was not terribly comfortable for our kids.

Coming back to Hampton Inn every time! So impressed by the quality of the room, clean, spacious and well-appointed, with both refrigerator, microwave, a desk and two comfortable chairs. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is far more than continental… many menu items, including bagels, omelette, sausage, oatmeal, and more. Very pleasant dining room, bright, modern and airy. And plenty of amenities, including fitness center and pool. Great place to stay at a very reasonable price!
