Excellent hotel, very clean One of the best hotels in the area. Very clean. I stayed here for three nights for a business trip. Everyone that works here is very nice. The breakfast was good with a variety of options: premade omelettes, potatoes, meat, fruit, waffles, pastries, cereal, biscuits and gravy, etc. Large breakfast area to eat in. Lobby area is nice and big. Coffee is excellent and available all day. I had a room with two queen beds. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but I like a very soft mattress. I did sleep well and the hotel is quiet, you do not hear much road noise. I was on the third floor. The room was very clean. The rooms are maintained every other day of your stay, with fresh towels, garbage removed, etc. The bathroom was very clean. The hairdryer is nice and full-size. The rooms are updated. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I have to travel to Anniston/Oxford again. There is someone at the front desk 24/7.

Average stay in Oxford The carpet in my room was quite soiled and could use a good cleaning. Cigarette smoke from another room was noticeable in my room. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety and Yvonne (breakfast manager) was very friendly!

Not as good as it usually is… I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the years & would typically give it a 4 or 5. However, the cleanliness seems to have declined. I immediately saw a pill that was left on the floor; the toilet paper wasn’t changed out & had a stain down the side (changed the roll myself); and my sons feet were filthy from walking on the carpet. The beds seemed clean as did the bathtub/toilet- definitely the most important places to be clean & I only stayed for a night, so I didn’t bring this to the attention of the staff. I’m sure they would’ve done their best to resolve the issues. I work in a hospital & totally understand how hard it is to hire people who put their all into cleaning, but someone needs to be checking behind housekeeping. The front desk worker was great- super nice guy! The beds were pretty comfy! No indoor pool at this location & it’s too cool for the outdoor pool- during summer, it’s a nice pool/pool area. I’ll give this location another try- this is the only negative experience I’ve ever had here! Hopefully they’ll read this and make a few improvements.

Great Stay Great Hotel. Awesome service. Very clean and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Several restaurants and great shopping nearby. This will definitely the place I stay at anytime I am in Oxford.

Hampton inn best for mobility needs people especially First and foremost the Entire bunch of staff at bothe the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden next door are the best and make us feel like family!_ Unfortunately we will likely be here for a very long extended time but really we don’t mind that much until we can hopefully 1 day get our home back. Tyvm to All the team at both places,we can never say enough.
