So so hotel Upon check-in, the front desk clerk just seems not in the mood to work. She ignored my silver status and did not offer two bottles of welcome water. Requesting a bar soap and a box of tissues and received her rolling eyeball instead. The hotel room was clean but the bathroom shower head looked like about to detach from the wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Overall, the experience of this stay was just ok.

Very disappointed with my stay I was very disappointed with my stay the bed sheets wasn't clean. I called several times about the air it was extremely hot in the room when I arrived couldn't get the air to work ir was stuck on like 68 so burned up all night. I booked the hotel to be able to enjoy the pool even called to make sure it was up and working when I booked she told me it was when I went to get in there was a sign up pool was closed. I was very unsatisfied with my stay.

Will choose another property next time I’m a Diamond member and stay in Hilton properties 2-3 nights a week 40+ weeks a year. This is the first property I’ve stayed in that had a ‘regulation’ that prevented them from allowing you to turn the air down below 68 (I typically sleep at 65). The first room I checked into, the air was off and the room was hot. When I turned it on, you could hear something running but the fan didn’t blow out any air. When I called the desk they said they had to turn it on and to wait 5 minutes. 5 minutes later no air blowing (the ceiling vent was cool but no air was blowing out). I asked that they move me - the room they moved me to was on the other side of the hotel facing the interstate. No big deal if you could turn the air fan on to just ‘run’ to drown out the noise but no luck there either. That’s when I noticed you can’t turn it down past 68 degrees. That, combined with the fact that the majority of the parking is around back but the back door is also ‘out of order’ makes me recommend looking elsewhere.

Disappointed in Hilton. I stayed at here on the week of 03/09/2024. I called to reserve a room a few days before, but the attendant told me that I could not get a government rate because I called too late. I stayed anyway because my employer sent me to a class at JSU. 1. I had to call three times to get someone to send me a third-party authorization form to use my employer credit card. 2. The pool was not in service, and it appeared that the hotel management was in no hurry to get it operational. 3. As per a sign in my room (330), an attendant was supposed to come in the room and bring new towels, stock toilet paper etc., every other day. I checked in on a Monday, and by Thursday night, no one had come to do that. 4. I called downstairs to ask someone to bring new towels for my last night and was told to come get them myself at the counter downstairs. 5. None of the outlets worked on the side of the bed headboards. The refrigerator cabinet door wouldn't close and stuck out in the traffic area as you open the entry door to the room. 6. Some of the blinds in the room window were broken and the outer set that did work hung sideways. 7. As the sun begin to set, one of the security lights outside pointed directly at room 330. 8. Power went off at some point on 03/06/2024 in early morning hours until daybreak, although the neighboring Hampton Inn had full electricity. I am not one to complain much or leave reviews, especially when I get email after email asking me to fill out a survey. Ironically, after staying at this hotel, I never got an email asking for a survey. I would expect this kind of service had the price not been considerably higher than all the other surrounding hotels. All around, this was a terrible stay and was extremely disappointing considering Hilton has been known to have a good name. Please consider looking into the management at this location. There have been several reviews that left similar complaints, and Hilton has responded, but it appears that nothing has been done to improve their level of service. Having been in this area several times for work, I would suggest Courtyard Marriott, Fairfield Inn, Hotel Finial in downtown, or drive to Jacksonville just a few miles away. Much better hotels than this one.
