Nice location, generally quiet, clean Not bad for a small town location. Sunday night it was very quiet and unfortunately there were few places open for dinner ( not the hotels fault.) Room was clean, shower was strong, and the internet and TV worked as expected. All in all a decent place.

Get it together! This Hampton Inn does not meet the high standards of the Hilton brand, that I’m a custom to. Needs deep cleaning, repairs, and room updates. Front Desk staff needs training. Not the standard welcome. The breakfast was well managed. There was plenty of hot food and coffee.

Exceptional Staff Ms Lee, Tia, Billy, and the young man that was in charge of breakfast on Sunday morning, August 18th were exceptional. They really went above and beyond for my group on our stay there, August 17th-18th. They were very nice, humble, and patient. There were a lot of problems that arose but they handle each situation with a smile on their faces. We couldn’t had a better group of people to deal with than them! They are some very exceptional people and it was a pleasure to work with them. I wish ALL businesses had people working in them like that group of people. I could go on and on about them because they did go over and beyond for my group to make sure that we were good!!! You don’t find many people like them these days working in an establishment. You should be very proud of your staff. Also , I had the pleasure of talking to Wendy. Didn’t get a chance to see or meet her but she was very pleasant to talk to and making sure that my group was satisfied. This team rocks!!!!!

Overpriced and Poor How can anyone rate this hotel as even good. Walls in room need to be painted. There are marks and stains on the wall. All the bedroom doors in the hallway are also banged up and need to be painted. The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower totally out dated. The only nice things about this hotel is that breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was friendly. This hotel was totally overpriced. Overall rating Poor

Vacation They stay was good! Staff was good… but when I went to go check in my reservation was canceled.. so they had to re book my room at a higher rate. Which is a not a big deal because they fixed it and working on working something out plus gave me more points!
