Unattentive workers Stayed here while in town for a funeral. Checked in 6/7/24. Room was clean. No elevator, which we were fine with, but should have one since more than1 floor. Check-in was started by a man, who just walked off and left for the girl receptionist to do, who was registering other couple in our party. Got to room. Everything was comfy. TV worked at first and then just stopped working. Called front desk and guy told me to come downstairs and he would show me how to fix it, that he was with a paying customer. Then he said just fix it myself and he hung up. Then the microwave wasn’t working. If I’m desperate I might stay there again, but chances are not.

Very disappointing. We have been staying here for several years but will not be again. We had reservations for two nights. Upon arriving in our room we had no internet connection. The front desk seemed unable to help us with this after we had made calls to customer service. We tried to cancel our reservations but the front desk said they could not refund our money and we were to call Choice. Front desk staff then came to our room and told us we were checked out so we left assuming our money was refunded. However it was not. We were charged for both nights. We will not be staying here again.

Nothing Quality about this Inn The name "Quality Inn" is ironic given that there is nothing of quality about this inn. Poor staff interaction at check-in. Sexually inappropriate comments from older female manager - not once but twice. No elevator. Halls have faint smell of piss. Bed bugs and dirty rooms. Skip this poor excuse for hotel and stay in Springfield.

Hotel accused us of stealing! Hotel staff accused us of stealing the clock, hairdryer and iron or ironing board. We checked in, went to sleep and left by 7:15 the next morning. I saw the clock flashing under the bed (apparently it had been knocked off sometime before we checked in) and neither of us used a hairdryer or iron/ironing board. We didn’t even shower and certainly wouldn’t steal from a hotel room!! I have never been accused of stealing from a hotel room in my life. I booked this room through Corporate Lodging because I’m a business owner. CLC called me to tell me of the accusation. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

Horror Hotel Was given a room with two beds. The one bed appeared to have been slept in. When I pulled the covers back on the other bed, there was blood on the sheets and when I pulled the bedding off so the attendant and I could put clean bedding on there was a huge stain in the mattress. The water supply line on the toilet was loose and when the toilet was flushed, water sprayed all over the bathroom. The hairdryer kept blowing the circut "in the wet bathroom". I reported it and I was told there was nobody available to fix the issues. They were trying to hire someone. I was given keys to another room but that room was as bad as the first. I returned to the desk and told the person at the front desk I was checking out. She would not refund my charges for the second night that I never stayed. She said I would have to talk to the manager but she was not going to be in that day because she was in school. I have attempted to reach corporate office for Choice Hotels but they say they have nothing to do with hotel that bears their name. The manager will not return calls or take my calls.
