Not impressed Let me begin by saying the lady I originally spoke with, to make our reservation, was extremely helpful and friendly. We have stayed in many Comfort Inns throughout the United States. This is not one of their better hotels. We were not impressed. First when reservation was made, we requested main floor rooms and were told that we could get them. However, we were put on the second floor. One of our 2 rooms had roaches around the coffee pot and in the bathroom. The hot tub heater did not work. That water was colder than the pool and pool was cloudy. At breakfast we all felt as if our every move was being watched. The older gentleman warming food was rude. Under current ownership/management I could not recommend this hotel.

Keep on Driving for something better. This place is bare bones, nothing special or of any quality, your best bet is to keep on driving for something better. It is not a "welcoming" place, they just grunt at you like you are an inconvenience to their day. The room was so spartan, the "fridge" looked like it was from 1956, and was leaking water on the floor which I stepped in and nearly broke my head on the floor- not that they would care. The check out process was equally unpleasant, two men from India behind the desk, gave them my room number to check out. Do you think ANYONE would ask "How was your stay?" or "Was everything ok?" Of course not. I was going to tell them about the puddles from the fridge, but I figured I'd let someone else slide in it, and hit the floor. I can't possibly care more than they do about their business- they just don't care. This place is the PITS, only stop if you're desperate and don't care about cleanliness, service, or a welcoming environment.

Noisy night stay Room and hotel were very nice and clean. Staff was great. However, the doors cannot be closed without being slammed. Very tight fitting, we heard door slamming all night and all morning. Also, the hotel is on the highway, so ask for a room on other side of hotel.

Needs some work. The Hotel was full, so the noise was more than I expected. The room was OK but the lamps did not work, outlets were so worn out the plug would not even stay in. There was a softball size hole in the wall of the bathroom. Like I said there were a lot of people there so the breakfast area was way too small. Even if it were half full I would not stay there again.

Dirty! Could not stay. I would actually not give this hotel any stars at all. The keurig was not clean, there were stains on the sheets on one bed, a broken outlet, dirty tv channel guide, and the lamp beside the bed was either starting to rust or just plain dirty (this was the least of things). The other bed had mold under the mattress pad and there was a dead roach on the floor. My husband and I ended up leaving. Our room was non refundable so we didn’t even bother to report because we knew we would not get our money back and were not interested in being placed in any other room there. If I get picky about things my husband usually talks me out of thinking we need to leave. This time he did not question it after the roach and moody mattress. He was quite disgusted as well.
