eh just standard price the beds were short sheeted both of them. the coffee maker did not work. the breakfast was extremely small size like they expected only very small kids to eat. I never expect much but this was a bit cheap. the juice dispenser was broken they did have some hot food some kind of unidentified sliced meat, sausage patties and some premade omelets. fun part they had a automatic pancake maker that makes 2 inch pancakes . they even ran out of coffee

Not worth it Check in process: the front desk agent was missing for about 7-10 minutes and there was a sign that agent will be right back. Number provided on the sign was useless. Checkout process also was slow. Breakfast was terrible. Had to request staff to refill items many times. Taste was not that good - compared to many other Holiday Inns that we’ve stayed in. Sausage tasted like they just boiled it. Eggs were cold on one day. Choice of items were less as well. Even the coffee tasted like they’re using some cheap brand of coffee powder than the ones we’ve had in other places. Staffing seems to be an issue here. When there’s so many guests, they need to have adequate staff to help refill items that run out frequently. Twice I had to ask the front desk receptionist to help refill items. One of our rooms the light at the entrance of the room wasn’t working. There is only one elevator for so many people, so it’s a bit slow at times. TV remote wasn’t working well- and again they have some cheap replacement for remotes. Overall I’d say it’s better to find another place even if it’s bit more expensive.

Stay away! If you are looking for a night of restless sleep then go ahead. Stayed here late June. The drive to there was sketchy through a truck depot. Additionally I had called ahead asking if the rooms can open the windows. They said yes. When I checked in they could not. Went back down to front desk. Staff was still mentioning that certain rooms can open, so I asked if I can be switched to those rooms. Staff then called manager and they clarified that they can't. I told them I booked the rooms specifically for that reason. They said they could cancel but I would have to pay 75 on first what would be for three rooms. After we decided to proceed they Said oh no we meant 75 per room which was about half my rate. I decided it would be too much even though the error was on their end. We we finally checked in we found sour smell only to discover the fridge had an old meal. Money was left on the table random sheets lying around. And to top it all off lights that don't work; bulb popped be careful of sitting or stepping in glass! Bathroom vent did not work so you needed to prop open the hotel door to release the steam. It gave you the feeling that there was no housekeeping done because why would money and food be left there? Requested room changes which they did accommodate but it wasn't much better. It felt old and disgusting overall. I reported these issues in the morning. Nobody cared and even wrote on the holiday inn page. Of course they didn't publish it. I fell trick to all the great reviews.

Terrible! Kids running around and screaming for hours between 11-pm and 1:30 am and even when I called the front desk three times they did nothing. You book a hotel to sleep and this staff lack of response and no respect for their customers was horrible. On a lighter note, as other reviews stated the free breakfast is a joke. We love holiday inn express but this location is not worthy of the name. Awful stay with no sleep. Get a new manager!

Horrible breakfast ! I am write here as I speak . I ONLY booked this hotel because of their full hot breakfast that I loved at their other location I stayed at in Michigan, including the amazing cinnamon rolls and wide collection of milks for kids, as well as fresh pancakes that you can make yourself. When you see the pictures of this hotel , they advertise that them on the site , I was like wow let’s do this ! To my extreme disappointment they have discontinued the cinnamon rolls, no pancakes , no chocolate milk , I did not pay $140 a night for this ! The A.C. unit in the room was huffing and puffing like an old train all night long. I have stayed at other bothers right by a highway but I didn’t hear trucks go by all night , here you will hear that ! All along I am very disappointed with my stay . The people are friendly so no complain there but the breakfast or lack there of just Miller my trip . I am highly disappointed. When you charge $120 a night then higher taxes per night like literally $20 taxes per night you need to provide what you show in the pictures . Holiday inn use to be my go to hotel , NOT ANYMORE !
