Brickell Bay Resort We stayed at the Brickell Bay from July 29-August 4, 2024 The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well appointed. There is no balcony in the room we were in. The shower was problematic and always leaking which is likely due to the design. The staff provided extra towels when requested without any issue. The hotel is currently being renovated. The renovation did not impact our stay at all and there was minimal noise during our stay. The construction workers were always pleasant and always allowed guests access to the elevators first. There is a golf cart that takes you to the beach. This service is available from 10-5 and the drivers are always pleasant. There are only 5 Palapas available for hotel guests and you are only allowed half. We were made aware of this on the last day of our stay which was our second day on the beach. The woman was not friendly in her approach after we politely said hello to her. We were stunned as we were not told this the day before . The sun shifts with there being no shade at times depending what half of the palapa you are under and we are not sun worshippers. We were not impressed as this has never been our experience and we have travelled extensively. This was our fourth visit to Aruba and we were here because we purchased a home and would not get the value of an all inclusive home n this trip. Also, there was only one other person occupying the area designated for Brickell Bay. We told her when there is more people then talk to us. There was no issue the entire day as there remained empty palapas available for other hotel guests. If you want privacy and quiet time on the beach this is not the hotel for you. We were told by the manager there were actually seven palapas and yes guests are only allowed half. He did say that the Aruban government limits the number of palapas they are allowed on the public beach. You can rent a palapa and beach loungers if you would like but it was expensive. The hotel has a beautiful pool area with ample loungers and shade available for guests. There is also a nice pool bar. There is limited parking on site but ample free parking on the road and across the street where the beach access is. The best thing about the hotel is the location in the Palm beach district. If you are looking for a cheap get away this is the place for you.

Great stay! Awesome design! Great location in the middle of Aruba high rise. Normally we stay at an all-inclusive resort but we wanted something a bit more quiet. Team on floor really does their best to help, with them booking us a day at Palm Island as well as a rental car. Thanks again Brickell and good luck with the renovations! Ps. Loved all the murals

Great gateway Great stay at Brickell! We were looking for a more affordable hotel around palm beach and stumbled upon Brickell bay and let me say we weren’t disappointed. While the hotel might need some updating (which they are in the process of doing) the pool area was great and the golf cart to the beach was a a big plus. Thank you again brickell team!

Guest centric hotel! Great stay! A big round of applause to the team they have from the reception to ladies at the bar. While still under renovation, the team on floor does their best to accomodate you with anything. My wife and I can't wait to return next year to see the progress!

Amazing service/cleanliness/5 star staff Marina (myself) with my husband (Peter) went to Brickell bay in Aruba in April. The resort was very lovely, very clean and had very friendly staff. We did not need much from the resort but nonetheless they provided amazing service and were able to accommodate us with every need no matter how big or small. I would especially like to give a special thanks to our local friend and employee Ishimir. Ishimir drove around the carts helping everyone get around the resort. My husband is not in the best condition to walk long distances at the moment, and Ishimir made our stay absolutely more wonderful with something as simple as mobility and was always incredibly friendly and diligent in his work. He as well, helped us book our bus back to the airport when we were leaving as it seemed confusing for us which bus came when and which to take. Big kudos to Ishimir and the resort for having him as an employee! 5/5 would definitely return back to this resort in the near future.
