This Location is a Gem This location is a gem. I’ve stayed here multiple times when I’m in the area for recreational travel. It’s well-situated for everything we come down to Florida to do. It’s also great when we stay in, surrounded by great restaurants and has a fun lounge area adjacent to the dining room where we always meet fun folks. Deserving of special recognition is Nikki, who runs breakfast most of the time. In addition to making sure folks get a great breakfast every morning, she’s a wonderful ambassador for this location. she’s friendly, full of energy, and makes us feel welcome every time we stay here. She’s taken time to get to know us and makes us feel welcome every visit.

Dirty Blood Stained Sheets BEWARE! I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 20 years and this is the first time I have woken up to find dirty, blood stained sheets! I tried to get anyone from the hotel on the phone for 2 days, no luck. Spent over an hour with Hilton Honors trying to get anyone from the hotel on the phone, no luck. Supposedly, refunded my room. Guess we will see.

Convenient location to PGA Boulevard and I-95 Location was great for our event. Rooms were clean and breakfast was adequate. Only comment was that they forgot to change the time on the clocks due to daylight savings. Clocks could only be set by staff so we always felt we were hour behind. Great not having to pay for parking because all of the other hiltons with a few miles charged for parking

Rude receptionist Rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered. We had a reservation here thru booking.com that never reached the hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude and nasty. Offered no help whatsoever, only nasty words. Beware. For her sake, I hope she finds a job in another field. She doesn’t belong in customer service.

Best I've stayed in locally so far Was only there for one night, but was in a quiet, tucked away area. Front desk was good, sleep was good, internet speedy. Nearby restaurants seemed relatively sparse compared to other locations I've previously stayed in the area.
