Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Coast

Not too sure about this place First and foremost I have no complaints about the staff except the maintenance man. We stayed four nights at this property and for the most part it was just okay. Upon exiting the elevator the first thing I noticed was that the carpeting in the hallway was in dire need of replacement. Our room could have used some extra attention in the cleaning department. The toilet was very unstable and the bolts that connected it to the floor were old and very rusty. The caps that cover those bolts were just sitting on top moving around. The handles to turn the water on/off in the shower were very loose along with the spout that came out from the wall. there was a big gap between the spout and the wall where you could see the pipe. Be prepared to have your room cleaned every other day and if you need more towels you have to request them. On the morning of our departure while sitting on the bed two roaches came up the side of the comforter and ran across it. That was enough for me!! They do offer breakfast and it was fairly decent. The items were constantly restocked when they ran low. This area could use some more cleaning as well. As we left my husband saw the maintenance man and asked him if he would like to know of a few items that needed his attention in our room. The maintenance man responded "No". My husband said "Fine" and proceeded to walk away. The maintenance man replied "You can tell me." My husband just kept walking. I did notify the front desk on our way out about the roaches and she said sorry I'll let maintenance know. Good luck with that one clearly he doesn't want to work!!

Good experience at this location The staff was attentive and courteous, the room was very clean. Our room included parking and breakfast, and the food was good. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and had a great time. For us, the free parking and breakfast made our decision easy to make. Will recommend this location to family and friends.

Great stay! The front staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed on the fourth floor and there was a weird smell but overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was great. We will definitely return if passing through again.

Great experience for the price, don't miss the breakfast. The breakfast here was amazing, we were only there for 2 mornings, but the Waffles and omelette were amazing. The beds were nice, the staff were really nice and helpful. The pool was super clean , we had an amazing time. Everything seemed really clean and well taken care of.

Palm Coast fun SUPER nice people at desk. Breakfast area staff were friendly and got whatever you needed. Room was great. Had our service dog with us and accommodated us with first floor room. We stay here 3 time a year and would stay anywhere else. They will help with anything you need.
