Weekend Getaway This hotel was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big. Had a little sitting room with couch in addition to the bed. I liked that the tv was in front of the bed and not the couch. Breakfast was not too exciting. The basics, eggs, sausage, wafflers, bread, muffins, cereal. Orange juice was not good. Something must have been wrong with it. Lady working the breakfast worked hard keeping things clean and stocked. Price was good and location was perfect. I would stay here again.

Very clean quiet and comfortable. Bed and pillows are like a thick cloud so comfortable and clean. A/C and heat worked well. Bathroom clean and nice lighting. Room and hall very relaxing and quiet. Lots of plug-ins and different light settings. Reasonably priced. Breakfast was just edible. Also coffee and tea was available late night. Front desk was available and professional. Quick easy check in checkout Staff very nice. Close distance to shopping and restaurants. Quiet very clean pool and pool area. Business center and gym a plus.

Nice Hotel Very nice hotel...clean and comfortable...convenient to restaurants. We arrived before check-in and room was not ready which we understood. We only had a short wait. Renee' was very helpful at front desk. Nice breakfast buffet.

Double-check rates before your cancellation date!! This hotel is in a very convenient location for the Ironman Triathlon that is staged nearby. We were there for the triathlon and this hotel should have been sold out but due to terrible revenue management on their behalf, they were not. We booked our room in March at $270/nt. because everything in the area was either sold out or really expensive due to the event. The day we were set to leave for PCB, we casually checked online to see what the rates looked like and this hotel still had several rooms available for only $170/nt. The hotel front desk manager refused to work with us when the best available rate the day of check-in was $100 less than when we made our reservation back in March. She wouldn't let us cancel and refused to price-match rates. I could have saved $200 if I'd not planned ahead and just made a reservation the day of to stay at this hotel! Our room was filthy! The carpets were so dirty the soles of my feet were black from walking around barefoot for less than 2 hours. There were stains on the draperies and linens as well. The sink in the bathroom smelled like sewage when the water was running. At breakfast the first day, I'd given my 2-year-old a bowl of fruit loops and used 2% milk from the carafe without tasting or checking it first. After she'd eaten half of it, an older gentleman nearby alerted me that the milk was sour and to take it from her. I then smelled and tasted it for myself, sure enough, it was bad.

Good stay It has just been refurbished but curtains are already heavily stained. Maybe they were not changed? The flor in the bathroom was very sticky but it looked clean. The fan in the bathroom is very loud. Since there are workers still there maybe this issues can be fixed. Good stay overall
