Excellent!!! The receptionist Raquel was very lovely and helped US a lot. Very friendly and professional. A really want to thank her a lot! Also the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, offered us umbrellas when it was raining and a coffee when we had our early flight! It was my birthday and the hotel left a surprise for me in the room, it was a very sweet gift from the staff at the Hotel! The room was clean and big, I will definitely come back here next time and I 100% recommend this Hotel! My fiancé and I had a lovely time here!

Okay The check-in was great. The African-French lady was helping us; she was very nice, friendly and helpful. Also the person helped us with luggages was nice and professional. I gave 3 stars because the manager wasn’t as friendly. We said hi to him, he didn’t bother to say hi back. He just had that stone face looked at us, so unpleasant. I’m sure he told his employees, “customer service oriented” and they did what they were supposed to but he didn’t practice what he preaches.

Paris June 2024 My sister and I took a trip to Paris in June 2024 and stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, provided a phone charger for us since we forgot ours, and the hotel was close to most of all the spots we wanted to visit (if not, metro was close by and very easy to use). Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Great Hotel and Location Great location just a short walk from the Arc de triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Superb Hotel and very friendly staff, room was ready when we arrived at 08.30am. Room was very clean and tidy, bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast has lots of variety. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping and the Metro. Definitely come back and would highly recommend.

Heart of center Everything was perfect location next to Arc de Treumph, close to metro close to fruit shop and breakfast and lunch places around, room small but great , breakfast very good plus excellent F&B manager, nice helpful staff, early check in and convenient check out
