Great hotel, ideal location, wonderful staff! Excellent location convenient to get to all important touristy sites within a 10-15 euro taxi. Very elegant foyer and bar open till 11 pm. Good sized rooms for the location. We got a very warm reception. The front desk staff are really outstanding. They all speak English. Great bellhop/ concierge. Very tight security. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Everyone here is nice, completely the opposite of our previous (pre pandemic) Parisian experience. They are bursting with happiness to have tourists back. Some exceptionally standout associates who made our stay truly remarkable and made treasured memories for the family were: Sabrina W.: manager, wonderful and friendly: arranged and personalized everything Myra dasouza: wonderful lady at the front desk. She is just the nicest, kindest and most helpful person you will meet in Paris! Helped us with room, advice and always met us with a smile!! Fabrice and Ali the bellhops/ Concierges helped us and got our luggage to the room ASAP on the first day, got us taxis during the day and got our luggage into a taxi the last day: Great service! Anna: simply outstanding Maitre de in the restaurant greeted us with a big smile and made sure we were comfortably seated at breakfast every morning. Pauline the hard working, sweet and smiling waitress. Thank you for your kind attention to all your guests, we noticed how hard you and all your fellow waiters were working!! In short: amazing stay, cannot recommend highly enough, we will return!

Housekeeping service not up Arrived at the hotel at approximately 15:30 and was told the room was not ready but the cleaning team was in the room preparing it for us. After nearly one hour, I spoke with reception and was told that a supervisor was inspecting the room and it would be ready shortly. We thought “wow, this room is going to be impeccably clean” but were we ever wrong. After a nearly 90 minute wait we received our keys and when we entered the room we found a dirty cloth on the furniture and a previous guest’s dirty clothing on the floor. I firmly believe that we were lied to as the room was obviously not inspected and never have I seen a room take 90 minutes to clean. I asked the concierge team to have a manager call us which they did quite promptly but the result was lackluster to say the least. We have always enjoyed staying at Marriott properties but this time has been different. The manager said he would speak with the housekeeping team to sort out the issue but that was the extend of the goodwill. As we used a significant amount of Marriott Bonvoy points plus cash to stay here, we were disappointed that no goodwill gesture was made by management to correct the shortcomings. Additionally, I messaged the hotel personnel using the Marriott app and have not been responded to. At this point we have determined that the hotel management is not bothered with customer satisfaction and we are going to enjoy our time in Paris despite the poor service. On a positive note, the hotel is perfectly situated and within walking distance to many of Paris’ attractions.

Location vs. Rooms I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The common areas are lovely, lobby, restaurants, etc. It's also in one of the most prime location in Paris. In the evening, you feel comfortable as there are doormen that let you in and out of the building. Further, staff are very, very nice and try to be as accommodating as possible. Oh, and the lobby bar is fantastic! The only big issue is most of the rooms are in desperate need of a revamp. Our first room had stained carpet, walls, and window drapery. We pointed this out to the Front Desk immediately and housekeeping was sent. The housekeeper mentioned that there was not really much that could be done and that many rooms are in need of an upgrade/update. As a Bonvoy Gold Member, rooms like that would have never been up for sale here in the US. I am fine with 'worn,' but this was terrible. We were then moved to a Suite for a hefty upgrade charge. It was much nicer, but significantly more expensive. Room views at this hotel are drastically different, as well. One side of the hotel faces the front street, the other side faces the Paris skyline, and other rooms are 'interior' with limited views of the atrium. Overall, I would suggest this hotel, but choose your room wisely.

This isn’t a bad choice you can’t afford Four Seasons or The hotel location is very convenient, it’s just on the Champs-Elysées, the hotel service is very good, the breakfast is also great, but very pricey. Love the toiletries in the room. They are all famous brands, the service is kind and you can come again. The general facilities of the hotel are old. Overall it’s still pretty good for business and family travellers.

Perfect Selection I was guessing which hotel to stay in Paris till I decided to stay at this hotel. It is really fantastic. Starting from reception, the ladies were so amazing and tried to help as much as possible. In addition, the roooms are very clean and the room service correspond fast. Moreover, the hotel has best location; it is located in the nicest street and all attractions can be reached by walking. Thanks a lot.
