Stay for event in the area The hotel is in process of a major renovation. The entire front lobby was torn out as well as the first floor rooms. I had a room on the 3rd floor and it was brand new and really nice. There is no breakfast service yet as there is no breakfast area. They did offer packaged snacks, pop tarts, coffee cakes as well as fresh fruit. Housekeeping did an excellent job. I knew when i booked this room that the hotel was under a major remodel so I knew what to expect and wasn't bothered by it. The latest expectation for a completion date when i asked the front desk was late November. I travel to this area twice a year and i will certainly stay here again next year. Right now the property is referred to as IHG-Wichita North-Park City - unsure of it will be a Holiday Inn express or not when all is said and done. I don't have many comments on the amenities as they just don't have the construction complete at this time.

Poor customer service I booked this hotel at 11:30pm and when I went to check in 2 1/2 hours later I was told the system resets at 1:00am so since I was not checked in it lost my reservation and I needed to pay for another night. When asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn’t one available and no assistance was offered.

Rip off I used points to book 2 rooms here, which 30,000 points each room for this place is insane-I didn’t realize it wasn’t a Holiday Inn upon booking. Upon checking in the guy at the front desk was going to charge my card $25 for each room saying I was paying with points and money which I told him I was only paying with points. Upon leaving the next morning I decided to check my account and not only was I charged the $25 per room but also another $5 fee per room. When I asked he said I did book with points and money and the $5 fee was a fee for using the app to book. I have never been charged for using the app, which he told me to take it up with IHG customer service. I called IHG the next day and after 2 calls and 2 weeks I finally got my money back. Do not stay here-I feel like I was scammed. And I’m not even going into the hotel it’s self-under construction but still won’t be worth $30,000 points.

Warning: Former Quality Inn remodeling to Holiday Inn Express This was to be an overnight stay during a couple's road trip in SEPTEMBER 2022. We were NOT ABLE to STAY here, and this review is a warning. I'm rating this hotel poorly because of the trouble I had trying to contact the property directly to get some questions answered that were not addressed on the poorly maintained website. Thus we were UNABLE to stay. Upon calling the hotel directly during its local business hours, I was hung up on twice. This is not normal procedure for IHG properties. Without the information I was looking for, it was impossible to book my stay. I called IHG and waited through three foreign language speakers before I got to someone in the Philippines who spoke passable English. As a side note, when a corporation sends its customer service department offshore, it is a LOUD comment about what they think of their customers: not worth American attention. The IHG representative was also not able make to make direct contact with the hotel, which says something even more negative. I did learn from TA reviews that most of the guests were inconvenienced by serious reconstruction and remodeling issues and this was confirmed by the IHG representative: guests going through 2 rooms before one was found to be acceptable, having no TV service and the pool being closed, and construction debris all over the hallways providing an accident-prone condition. The finished rooms were pleasant, but the older ones were substandard. The remodeling will not be finished until well after Labor Day. If you are planning to stay here, be forewarned.

No Longer Quality Inn-- Now Park City Inn Room and hotel were clean but deferred maintenance was evident. Friendly, helpful staff, but big dents and shallow holes in the wall in the room. Skimpy, thin towels. OK breakfast if you like waffles and biscuits and gravy :)
