Great Location! The room was perfect, wood burning fire place, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space. The location to the mountain was key, just a quick walk through the parking lot and you have the choice of three lifts to take. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great location! We booked this place through Epic Pass and this was part of our package. The location of this place is outstanding - literally a 3 minute walk to the bottom of three main lifts (as opposed to the one lift at the town base). The bus stop that can take you into town is a 2 minute walk away, and the buses are free and run every few minutes. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, albeit slightly older style - this is really no issue though when you’re skiing all day. Great to have a pool, sauna, hot tub and laundry service. Very underrated!! I would certainly stay here again if we returned.

Not what it seems We wanted to stay up in Park City with family for the weekend. We found this place and fell in love with the photos of the room that was advertised. When we showed up, we were presented with something completely different! It was definitely not what we expected. The pool, hot tub, and parking were great. The Sauna was broken. The staff is only there until 6-8pm at night. You have to wait for someone to show up from who knows where, to bring you extra sheets or whatever you may need.

Best deal for first time skiing with family. Covid will date this review. But if you simply want to take the family skiing, especially first time testing out PC, then this may be the most ideal choice. Upgrade to the rooms with a kitchen. Market is 10 minute walk. Ski rental on premises is not simply the least expensive but great people! Test your gear the afternoon before skiing. Pick up in the morning and walk out the side door, across the parking lot and you are on the beginner hill. Order in to minimize social contact but everyone in PC wears a mask everywhere (except the bars on Main). 20 min walk to old town for a great collection of restaurants ( make reservations!). Some rooms are in the process of renovation. Little ones enjoyed the pull out sofa. Check in/out process should be the model for every hotel which is a simple app for instructions and pick up envelope in lobby. Pool is super tiny. We avoided amenities due to Covid.

Main asset is proximity to the slopes My husband and I stayed in a 1BR deluxe condo for 17 nights and really appreciated the easy 1-minute walk to the slope. Other highlights included the large washer and dryer (only available in two units of that type - and cannot be guaranteed when reserving), strong internet, and very responsive staff. The units are individually owned, so furnishings and upkeep vary. While we had a comfy bed and well-stocked kitchen, the lighting in the unit was inadequate. In addition, the heat did not work well - as the staff noted, when it was cranked all the way up (registering a theoretical 90 degrees), it got up to 70 in the condo, but I was always a little cold. Indoor parking and elevators were nice to have. The small outdoor pool was lukewarm and we never saw anyone use it, and the hot tub was indoors so we didn't use it. A better use of space would be to make the outdoor pool into a hot tub.
