Great Location, Ski-in-Ski-out. Terrible unit - 254 First, this is absolutely the best location to stay in Park City. Ski-in, Ski-out. Lockers for your equipment. The staff was outstandingly nice too. Just fantastic from that standpoint. However, the unit we had, 254, was run down, dirty and the heating system was atrocious. This unit is really a 3 bedroom with a trundle bed on the third floor. The carpet was filthy and smelled. There is a single thermostat on the main floor. This meant that there was no way to control the temperature on the 2nd and 3rd floors. If the main floor living area was comfortable, the upper floors were a sauna. Even the master bedroom on the main floor would overheat. The only way to cope was to make the main floor 60 degrees at night and open windows on the upper floors. The walls were dirty, even having boogers that previous guests had wiped on the walls. There is clearly no owner pride in this condo unit. I would go out of my way to avoid unit 254.

Unit 101 building A Let me clarify right away - the review is for unit not for the whole lodge. I arrived and was given a unit 305. When I walked in I was confused why did I get such a huge and such a beautiful unit since I was traveling solo. That unit was modern renovated, super clean with everything brand new, but that unit could fit 6-8 people. Turned out to be concierge made a mistake and gave me wrong room. They called me and told me I have to relocate to the unit 101. What a disgusting unit!!!! The concierge told me all units are in private hands and that’s why there’s such a drastic difference. Unit 101 not just outdated - it feels like everything that’s in this unit is from 80ths! Furniture is old and barely holding itself in one piece. Kitchen appliances are so old - I am 38 y/o but don’t remember seeing such an old appliances in my life!!! TVs are super small and only show one channel, some religious channel where priests are preaching all day long, who cares we are here to ski but still! The fireplace doesn’t work. The water in the bathroom is running non stop and you can’t switch it off. The rooms itself are stinky!!! Some weird old smell eww. The only good about ethics unit is location - literally steps from lifts in the middle of village and it was warm. I am not picky but I paid $900 for two nights with all the resort fees and taxes and I would expect better. It should be embarrassing for owners to rent unit in such a condition. I went and asked to change the unit and they told me they sold out. As I mentioned before - the first unit 305 that I saw was amazing. So if your decide to book this lodge because of location like I did - make sure you ask them what unit you are staying in. Stay away from 101.

bad. don’t come here. stay home or give your money to a surrounding hotel need i say more than this room is terrible. bad experience right from the get go, no one to help with hardly anything. sofa and couch and chair all were dirty and had stains on them. very unsure if the sheets and pillows were even clean. very unsatisfying after spending over 300/night and motel 6 will treat you better. if you do want to stay here read a lot of the reviews and ask for specific pictures of the room where you are staying at. and even then just give your money somewhere else that will actually do something for you. DONT STAY WITH MOUNTAIN LODGE

terrible. dirty. not worth terrible. couch pullout bed was broken, sofa and couch were both dirty with stains on them. when we asked for them to do something they brought a fold out bed that was equivalent of a prison cot as far as comfort. all around bad experience for spending hundreds every night

STAY AWAY I don’t usually write reviews but this place was soooooo horrible I had to share. Approximately $500 a night for a Murphy bed and no housekeeping weekdays “due to Covid”. Asked for garbage to be taken out of room they said there is a dumpster downstairs by the garage if you want to take out the garbage yourself. Skip this place. Spend the extra 200 if you can and go to the Marriott. One bright spot is it is ski in ski out and free parking. However, the awfulness of the hotel overrides the perks.
