Great visit! Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast! Our room was Amazing! Thank You! Clean, comfortable, great breakfast! We needed to extent for another night and the staff accomadated us. The bed was comfortable and we slept well even though the room was next to the elevator. We will stay again if we are in the area!

Excellent! Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with lots of variety. One of the best free breakfasts I have had in a hotel. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff. Room was large and had everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable

Good nights sleep This was actually the best nights sleep we've had in a hotel for awhile. I appreciate there are 2 options for pillows on the bed, soft & firm. The bathroom was fine, nice to have the little seating area, wet bar & desk. My only complaint would be that I do like to have my first cup of coffee in room without running down to the lobby. All our last stays at HIE have had a single serve coffee maker in the room, I should have verified because I would have brought my own. They did offer to bring one to our room but I didn't want to impose, I should have just brought my own. In the lobby there is a coffee maker that grinds the beans & makes a cup on demand. I think maybe you should consider changing the roast because the coffee is a bit bitter, like it's been sitting there awhile. Staff was nice.

Locked out of hotel Almost perfect. We were “locked” out of our hotel for 2 hours, getting back after 11 pm. The streets surrounding our hotel (about 150 yards) were blocked off by local police for the large 4th of July crowd and fireworks. The hotel should have informed the guest of this event and had a plan to get the guest back to their rooms. This was unexpected and we feel ‘cheated’ having to sit on the side of the road while our room was so near. As we sat in our car we made a call to the hotel to let them know what was going on, the 12 year old clerk did not even apologize that we were in this situation. We were caught off guard and feel that the hotel should have been in contact with local authorities to at least be able to give guest a heads up. A free night on our next visit should be offered as this was handled so poorly by the hotel.

Blissful experience On a business trip and was out for long hours most of the time. Nothing as blissful as returning to a comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Staff in this location were exceptional and extremely receptive . Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend
