Pleasant Stay We enjoyed a pleasant one-night stay in this newer property. Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk manager was very pleasant to us. And the included breakfast had all the standard items and was well maintained. Location was very convenient to the highway, but there were few restaurant locations in the adjacent plaza.

DON’T DO IT. Second worst motel….this is named inn for a reason…. that I have ever had the misfortune of staying. We have spent years and years of weekends traveling for club youth basketball and baseball, so comparing to other family friendly, budget conscious hotels like Marriott, Holiday Inn, Hilton and Hampton. Room and common area were filthy. Bed was soft and lumpy as were our pillows. Busy road noise kept us awake half the night. Every time a nearby guest opened or closed their door it caused our door to jiggle. We woke up tired with sore backs. Customer service was non-existent. There was not a common area with a TV for even a group of 10 to hang out. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dive.

Pool is closed! We were disappointed when after checking in and paying we were told that the pool was closed. That was one of the reasons we booked here. If we had known beforehand, we would have booked a different hotel. We feel that this was rather underhanded and the information should have been posted. There were other hotels at the same price that had a pool. They didn't even offer a discount! We won't be back...

Very Nice and Quiet We stayed here while attending a hockey tournament at Toyota Center. It was only about a ten-minute drive. This is a very nice motel, and you get s lot for your money. Check In was fast and easy. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. They have a great, hot breakfast. They do a good job of adhering to COVID standards.

Needs some improvement and care. The sleep Inn in Pasco is a decent place for one night but it seems to be too far away from any amenities such as restaurants shopping Etc unless you're looking for a car as there is two dealerships nearby. Once inside you can tell the sleep in aesthetic and full effect, but continuing down further into the hotel you'll notice a lot of little things that need attention such as patch holes in the wall ceiling tiles that are open exposing pipes Etc, also I noticed scratches from furniture along the walls in the rooms yes it may be just cosmetic, but it doesn't make a good impression. Always and the stairwells seem overly dark and a little creepy not that there's any obvious issues it's just a little harder to see in the limited lighting. Check in and check out we're easy enough no issues other than a minor computer glitch at the beginning. Bedroom is fairly spacious for a standard room with a walk-in shower, but the beds and pillows certainly need work as I have stated other sleep in that are significantly better. To note this two-story facility does not have an elevator, so if you're packing heavy stuff ask for a first floor room. breakfast was a decent fare of warm food including eggs hash browns sausage and more, could use a bit of improvement but better than many hotels of the same brand. Overall a moderate stay, may stay here again if I need a bed, but may look at other options as well, once they can take care of some maintenance and cosmetics in the building it would definitely be an improvement.
