They fraudulently stated we had payment issues but we had not arrived and had a confirmation code Please do not stay here if you plan to arrive later after 3pm. We had plans to stay in this hotel for a large event taking place in the city. We are gold members of the chain and have stayed in plenty of these hotels across the country. We arrived late to our reservation but have never had issues with a reservation as long as we were there before a certain time. When we arrived, we were informed that our room had been canceled. Upon further investigation and calling corporate, it was stated that the room was canceled on that day "by the front desk clerk" citing issues with payment. _ However, there were no issues with payment as we used the exact same payment to get another hotel room on short notice. In the past, I've never known a hotel to run a payment prior to arrival especially if there was a payment made WITH confirmation number (not a card holding the room). We had a confirmation email and no other cancelation emails were sent (we checked all emails, junk folders, and spam folders). There were no phone calls provided, nor was there any correspondence. We believe that the hotel needed the room and provided a bogus excuse for why our room was canceled. Please do NOT stay here if you plan to arrive late to the hotel.

Terrible experience They checked us in early. When we walked in to the room. The beed sheet and sofa stained. Hair and dead bugs on the bed. The room was not cleaned good. We asked to change the room but they said no other available. Coffee maker in the restroom. No internal lock on the door. You hear all the noise from the hall if someone talking or walking outside.

Dirty carpets, curtains and linens The pictures look great and the lobby even looks good at check-in. But the further you go down the hall the worse it gets. We were put in room #100 and it was so bad. It had a dirty carpet smell when we opened the door. I’ve attached pictures, but they dull how bad the staining really was. The parking lot is also very small. We called ahead to confirm there would be parking because we’re were in a larger truck with a trailer and we’re assured it was fine. We parked along an unmarked curb and we’re told we were lucky bc power trucks had left but were returning or we wouldn’t have had a spot. The truck and trailer that came in behind us had nowhere to park. Location wise, this is also not on the very main road, it’s just off of it, tucked off behind an Auto Zone. If you’re a mom like me, sometimes traveling alone with your kids, this isn’t exactly where I would want to stay. It wasn’t horrible, but if you got stuck parking against the Auto Zone or in their lot you wouldn’t have great lighting and would have longer to walk to the entrance.

Worse than catching COVID-19 What an absolute dump! Starts with a less than intelligent person checking you in. Then the drain in the shower is broken so, water stayed in the tub when showering. How does the housekeeper not notice this? Oh, they would have to clean the the shower! Filthy elevators! They were not cleaned all week and the sanitizer station was empty. Just a dump! Room smelled moldy due to another wall unit AC unit not being cleaned. Absolute DUMP!
