Quick trip to Pell City, AL Staff was awesome. You could not have asked for nicer people. The hotel sits next door to a Walmart/strip mall and interstate so it could get a little loud at night. The hotel rooms were a little dated but clean. I'd stay here again if in the area for business.

Good stay Nice hotel. In town visiting family. Although this facility is starting to show it's age. The facility is clean, the staff was pleasant and professional. Personally think it was a bit overpriced for the area. But there was some event going on in town and this was the only availability for us. Overall would stay again if I could not get a cheaper room elsewhere

Good customer service but room was awful. When checking into the hotel in the late evening the gentleman at the desk was very kind. The customer service was good but the room was a hot mess. Mold in the shower and the room felt musty. My husband woke up feeling like crap and we just wanted to get out as soon as possible. Will never stay there again.

Clean and comfortable but loud rooms The hotel is convenient to I-20. The front desk clerk was very friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typical complimentary hotel breakfast. My only complaint is the rooms appeared to have no soundproofing. Throughout the night we could hear trucks passing by. There was a gathering of adults and youth in the room next to us with a connecting door. This group talked very loudly, frequently bumped the wall, and slammed their door. Some of the children were in the hall, also talking loudly. I called the front desk. Shortly after, she called back saying she had asked them to lower the volume of their noise. They did quieten some, but it still required using ear plugs to sleep. The AC system helped mask their sounds, but was so loud, it frequently waked us when it came on. The problem is more with poor soundproofing than with loud residents. In the morning when one of them ran a hair dryer, it sounded as if it was in our room.

This hotel needs an update The carpet in 228 needs to be replaced and 221 as well this rooms are not up to code as they were disgusting and the odor was terrible. I wish I had taken photos for review. I will say the front desk was nice and refunded us and we went to hotel next door.
