Front desk clerk, Mabel, called to report some missing keys! The front desk clerk, Mabel, was so sweet to call me to tell me we left an important set of keys in our room after we checked out. Whoever found them was supposed to call us but didn't. Then Mabel found out & she followed up to call us. Those are very important keys he needs for work so we are deeply appreciative of her thoughtfulness! The room was fine. I was a little worried the window unit air conditioning might not work good but it was fine. It was a little loud but ended up being ok. The bfast was a little disappointing. Most of the food was out when we went at 8 am. There was no one tending to it to ask about replenishing it. But what we ended up eating was fine. Overall a fine experience!

Flooded My bath flooded from ceiling leak. Advised front desk for another room, was denied unless I paid for second room. Asked to use a bathroom, also denied! Asked for refund and was only given 30%. Have filed complaint with their Corporate Office. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Not happy with the dirty room I normally don't complain. However this time I will. My husband and I travel and stay at many Quality Inn. This is my 1st complaint. It was not clean. The toilet paper was empty. There was another new roll on the back of the toilet. The toilet was dirty. When I raised the lid. Urine and hair. We had traveled all day and tired so I cleaned it before using the toilet. Lots of dust. The 1st room they put is in had no towels and wasn't clean so my husband told them and they put us in this room. Room #209

No quality here Made a reservation for a smoke free room. First room was not made (bed still looked slept in). Second room was not smoke free…they sprayed it with air freshener..cough, cough, cough. No rooms on ground floor, no elevator. Have to carry bags up stairs. Very outdated room, electrical outlets did not work, soaps and shampoo bottles were wet and sitting in water, wall by sink was very dirty. Pets are an additional $30. Friendly staff.

If you must Only stay here if there’s no other option. The room smelled of a musty basement. Guess why..? There’s visible mold everywhere. Didn’t bother to tell management. It’s a very poorly maintained hotel in the middle of freakin AL so it’s not like they’re going to do anything about it anyway.
