Worth every penny and then some Could easily be a 4-5Star Hotel. Safety and SANITATION (sorely lacking in other properties in the area) were on point! Families with children in the pool upon my arrival, guests of different ethnicities, staff that was personable and professional. I'll definitely making it my property of choice when I'm in the Pensacola area.

Horrible After ensuring that I booked a non-smoking room and confirming once again at the front desk upon arrival for check in. The room had a strong odor of marijuana that my family and I could not tolerate therefore we immediately went to check out and request a refund.

Horrible owner Owner is a horrible person... we came back from day excursion only to find several steps to our studio missing...was told the steps were rotten and needed replaced. It took 3+ hours to get back into room while having swimsuits on the whole time (couldn't go anywhere), had to cancel evening plans, elderly mother needed her meds - but none of this concerned owner because it would have been a bother. When I confronted owner (had to wait till next day before he showed)...he offered 5000 rewards points but no true compensation. Said that was all he (the owner) was allowed to do. When asked the value of the points he would not give me an answer... asked again, still no answer...I get upset and he throws us out of the hotel. Why did he rent us a room with rotten steps...why didn't they notify us that they would be doing repairs that would not allow us to get into room. The owner has no regard for guest safety or guest satisfaction. Got the impression that he thinks he's better than me because he owns hotels... rest assured Ankit Patel, you will never be better than me!

Terrible experience We are BW rewards customers so we try to stay in their hotels when we can. This condo was dirty. It appears the floors had not been swept, there was debris everywhere. The stairs to the loft had dirt on them. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on floor. The toilet did not work, something the housekeeping staff should have identified. There was only one trash can in the kitchen, not in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Breakfast mediocre at best.

Good property but dirty The outside property was good. The inside of the studio was simple, nothing fancy but appropriate since we travelled with a puppy. I loved the fact that it did not have no sticky carpets. They were nice hard floors but they were dirty. Breakfast was good. But a big disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. I cannot stand dirty places. Sheets and towels were clean, but everything else was dirty. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. Floors , mirrors, and dishes were dirty. Trash behind the sofa and beds. This property needs a serious attention to housekeeping. The neighboring property had a lot of trash all around.
