Excellent Location & Clean! Staff Is GREAT! Despite any negative experiences written in previous reviews, we found this hotel to be perfectly located and satisfactory. Hotel was well maintained on the outside grounds, pool was clean, palm trees trimmed. There is a nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas for shade. Check in was easy and we had a King room on the first floor. Room was clean and temperature was great! The thermostat is motion sensored, and we were able to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. Shower pressure was good, bathroom was clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and all hotel staff was very pleasant, to include Evangela, Bob (Maintenance) and Benjamin the GM. Pool was the perfect temperature and offers morning shade perfect for lap swim and aquasize. While some reviews say it was noisy, it was quiet during our stay minus some early a.m. machinery running in area, and the side door entry on first floor was being repaired. Other than that, our stay was seamless. The hotel is also conveniently located with a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay while in the area and would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the staff and location. Thank you for providing service with a smile!

Run, Run away Dirty and disgusting. I am not sure who wrote the previous glowing reviews but it was so disappointing. I get it - we only paid $150 a night. Came into town for one night from Austin for funeral, leaving the next day ,and stayed here because it was close to church. But SERIOUSLY? When we got off elevator there was a funky smell (no doubt from ancient carpet) and upon entering our room the smell was awful. The furniture and decor were at least 40 years old, the window covering couldn't be lowered so that the sun came in as soon as it came up (which was early), the desk chair was decrepit, and the floor was so dirty my sock bottoms were black. Flat pillows, very old comforter cover - yuk. On top of that our digital key let us in the first time and, after leaving room to get ice, it no longer worked. Had to stand in line for 15 minutes for actual key as there was only one person working in the entire downstairs area. Never again - buyer beware!!!

LOUD Great hotel location if you’re here for spring baseball at Peoria Stadium, otherwise avoid this place. Extremely loud traffic, you can hear everything between rooms above and beside you. And many of the rooms in the hallway don’t have controls on the door closing. They’re all slamming all night long as people come and go.

would never stay again the smell was bad when we first walked in. It looks out dated. We found some bugs on our bed. We got moved and found few other bugs again, The was our first time there and would never stay there again

Good stay Had three night stay. Place was clean, people friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't always the best. Eggs were sometimes tasteless and sausage wasn't always hot, but there were other choices available. Hotel was close to restaurants, interstate. Would recommend
