Nice hotel close to everything. Nice hotel, spacious & modern room near the P83 part of Peoria. Close to many restaurants & shopping mall. The breakfast was good, too, with scrambled eggs, pancake machine, yogurts, etc. The dining area was spacious and attractive. There was an overflow area nearby, too.

We recommend this hotel We were extremely happy with this hotel. It was really clean & had good comfortable beds. Our room was normal size, modern. We had a refrigerator, microwave & keurig coffee maker & TV . The breakfast was basic but really a good selection of different items. We found all the employees including front desk & housekeeping to be nice, helpful & courteous. We did swim, it was really cold water, but refreshing on the 96° day. Cracker Barrel is right there to also enjoy. The proximity to restaurants, stores, Peoria sports complex and the 101 was great and easy driving. We would stay here again!!!

Noisy but not too bad We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting locally. Pluses - good sized rooms, very efficient air conditioner, pretty comfortable beds, nice size refrigerator in room, good (not great) breakfast, very clean, very nice employees. Minuses - very thin towels, shower and toilet in separate room from vanity (Think - open door with dirty hands to go out and wash your hands - ICK!), no night light in the shower/toilet so you have to turn on the light/fan in the middle of the night, very near the freeway off ramp so the noise from loud cars and motorcycles in the middle of the night is enough to wake you up, very noisy air conditioner (we turned it off at night). The thing that bugged me the most was that their hand soap, hand lotion, body soap, shampoo and conditioner ALL are in Dove bottles - BUT they aren't Dove products. Look at the picture - Dove does not have these weird colors and is a much better product than what is in the bottles. Would I stay there again? Probably, though I doubt I will be back in this area.

nice and roomy nice simple clean. rooms big with refrig and microwave. close to baseball park and malls but only one restaurant to walk to. breakfast very nice with some healthy choices. but, please ditch the styrofoam plates - no reason for that anymore, anywhere.

One night stay We spent one night at the hotel. We had a late check in after 1000. The front parking lot was full but after driving around the back parking lot had many spots in well lit areas. The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. We had the breakfast in the morning standard Holiday Inn breakfast. We were able to have a late check out of 100. At check out the front desk staff were friendly and engaging. Would definitely stay here again.
