If I could leave a Zero I would... WARNING! This place was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy. Floors left my socks black, crumbs and dirt everywhere. The shower still had long hair stuck to the walls from the previous stay. The sink in the bathroom had dirt and dust all around it. The fridge was dirty with food spilled inside. The kitchen sink wasn't cleaned, still had food crumbs. The room itself smelled horrible. The walls are super thin, and you hear the people in the next room over. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Not as advertised I am completely flabbergasted! I have never stayed somewhere that didn’t provide housekeeping. You are expected to take your trash halfway across the property and change your own sheets! They also don’t take cleaning very seriously. My socks were black after walking on the floor for 10 minutes. If you were planning on taking advantage of the free “breakfast”, it consists of coffee, granola bars, convenience store muffins and bags of instant oatmeal. That is all. They will also charge you as much as they can get away with. My stay averaged $120 per night. Thank goodness after my reservation was over I was able to move across the street for 40% percent less a night with housekeeping and an actual breakfast! I would have tried to leave earlier, but customer service was non existent (they couldn’t/ wouldn’t even tell me if there was a price difference between 1 or 2 guests. Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had!

Highly NOT Recommended This place is suitable for neither extended nor stay. It is not even a real hotel. On a scale 0 to 10 where 0 is spending the night on a park bench and 10 is getting pampered at a Ritz Carlton, I rate this place a 2. One notch above a dump. Let me explain: The Grab-n-Go breakfast they hype about is not much more than a basket of vending machine quality muffins, Dollar Store quality breakfast bars, warm watered down coffee, and check this out, Quaker Oatmeal packets with no bowls, cups, milk, or microwave to make oatmeal. The whole breakfast bar is about the same size as the end table in your bedroom, by your bed where you place your phone, watch and glasses as you turn of the light. Front desk service is below terrible. Very unprofessional both in behavior and attire didn't let me check in because she could not find my company's reservation authorization in her computer. I gave her a reservation number. No help. She said she wouldn't let me in unless I have a payment information in the system. I showed her a screen shot of my reservation which *clearly* states that my payment guarantee is in the system; her response: this means nothing to me unless I find it here. I ended up calling my work and get the credit card information again so I can be checked in. In the meantime I am waiting in the lobby soaking wet and tired after a full day work field work on a rainy and cold day and it doesn't even occur to her to say "go ahead go to your room, relax, rest while I sort out why I can't see your payment information". I have never met a hotel front desk staff who looks at their hotel's reservation confirmation and said "this means nothing to me". The rooms are very aged, out-of-date. There is kitchen but no microwave, no dishwasher. There are cabinets but no plates, glasses, pot and pans. Nothing, just bare cabinets. So my advice: The are way better options in Peoria.

Great Service We had a wonderful stay over the weekend. The room was clean and stocked well. The staff were very kind and helpful. I appreciated that I was able to cast from my phone to watch movies as well! The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept on in awhile. We’ll definitely be back!
