No breakfast buffet, and no semi parking. Typical 3 star hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I chose this hotel over others in the area because it was listed as having truck parking for semi trucks and a complimentary breakfast. I guess it used to have both those things but doesn't anymore. Most hotels have reinstated their complimentary breakfast programs now that covid is on the wane and better understood. These guys are behind the curve.

Awful Business Practices They’re rip off artists. I reserved a room with a king. They gave me a room with a queen and told me my options were a partial refund or to leave. Fundamentally, they’re dishonest i their business practices because they feel they can get away with it.

¡¡The worst hotel!! The hotel's profile photos have nothing to do with how terrible this hotel is, it's dirty from the moment you enter the elevator and walk down the hall, and when I opened the room I simply can't find words to describe what I felt when I arrived with my family at 2:00 am tired from the trip ready to fall into the beds and just stand there because they didn't even feel like sitting down the room smelled of cigarette and weed just as we arrived we left the hotel we were exhausted from the trip but we preferred to go out and look for another one after staying in that room. Hopefully my review will help another family not to go through what we went through. The photos of the Hotel are spectacular. I didn't read the reviews before making my reservation, don't make my mistake.

Broken down room. I want to believe that we were give the worst room they had. The entire room needed to get fixed. Bathroom itself had dents, stains, scratches, broken toilet roll holder, sink was clogged, shower curtain was shredded, bathtub was greasy. Carpet was stained, tv remote barely worked. Lamp was old out of style, full of dust and broken. Curtain wouldn’t close all the way. Windows and window frame looked like i hasn’t been cleaned in months. It was a nightmare. Luckily we only stayed there for one night. Our room was 304 I would never go back!

Worst Hotel Experience I've ever had! If I could score as a zero, I would have. Issues with location: 1. Customer service - unfriendly welcome. Had to bring my own pen to sign?!? Wow. No extra rooms since wedding guest staying there. 2. Room - Strong cat urine smell (never went away) 3. Chairs - Soaked stains, grime ingrained chairs in the room. The cat urine smell was so strong that I couldn't tell if it was coming from the soaked stained chair. I could only guess. Definitely didn't sit on chairs. Office chair had a broken arm rest. Both chairs were something you'd see on the side of the road with a FREE sign on it. 4. Holley tore sheer curtains and splashes of red on the wall and chair. Not sure if it was blood stain. 5. AC - turned off every hour. Room blazing hot upon arrival. Hot weather, so we were up every hour to turn the AC back on. Got no sleep. 6. Contacted hotel customer service on website and by email - received no response except that it is a franchise location and they will try to contact them. Surprised that Sonesta would allow their brand name to have such poor represented by a franchise like this. I thought there were brand standards for franchises. 7. No hotel availability in the immediate area. All were booked for the night. I understand why Red Lion was not their first choice to stay at. Only reason we didn't sleep in the car (instead of this unclean hotel) was that it was too hot out. Friends and family will avoid any Sonesta and/or Red Lion Inns in the future. I suggest the same to you and your family. Well traveled. Never have seen anything like this before.
