Very Pleasant Stay Was in town for 1 night and was quickly checked in by a very friendly front desk associate Amanda. The room was a little small for a suite, but very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. I’d definitely stay here again if back in town.

Old and not clean! This is a very old and outdated hotel. Sometimes older hotels are maintained, but this one is NOT. It was not cleaned properly with what appeared to be pubic hair all over the toilet along with a toilet seat that was disintegrated. We had two rooms and just used the bathroom in the adjoining room. The front desk was extremely nice and, of course, it is not her fault. Just BEWARE that this is not like any Comfort Suites we have ever stayed in.

Bad hotel for wheelchair person Not a hotel if you are in a wheelchair. Had to move things around to get to the toilet. Also the bed was way too high for a handicap person to get in without help. TV was good as was the A/C. The shower was also good.

Great place to stay Traveling the week before Easter, people going to Florida for spring break, snow birds leaving Florida, hotels filled. I called ahead and spoke to Peggy who made our reservation. When we arrived the lobby was full, phone ringing and she handled it all with a smile. Great employee. Our room was clean, beds comfortable would definitely stay here again.

Quick in and out We checked into this hotel quite late heading back from Miami. There was only one room left and we were assigned room 215. Peggy, at the front desk, was wonderful and friendly. She took time to answer all of my questions and that was appreciated. The lobby and breakfast area looked inviting. It appeared to be rather clean. We headed to our room and started to settle in for the night. The room appeared to be clean and inviting. We ordered pizza because we were starving after being on the road all day. Then sat down to wait for our meal. As I was sitting at the desk, a small critter came out to see what I was doing. Followed by another and another. I looked at my husband and said “um, I’m pretty sure these are cockroaches.” We then looked around and they were in the drawers, under the fridge and behind the headboard. We quickly packed up and explained to Peggy that we would not be staying after all and she apologized and was so sorry. We are not upset, as the service was wonderful, we just want you to be an informed traveler. Those buggers are hard to get rid of if you bring them home and it was clear that the exterminator has been negligent on this property for some time.
