My best hotel experience yet! I’ve been here many of times but this was truly the most delightful experience! The breakfast was delicious and the housekeeping was fresh and tidy, but the atmosphere was the thing that impacted me the most. The generosity of the receptionist, Rebekah was her name, brightend my day as soon as I walked through the door. Her attitude was incredibly inspiring, her smile just made me feel so welcome! I truly hope I do see her again next time I’m in town.

Not as nice as most Hampton Inns My family is a loyal Hampton Inn family. While traveling, we pick Hamptons whenever available. Out of the many, many that we have stayed at, this one ranks at the bottom. The air conditioning in the entire hotel seemed broken (stuffy, with fans running in the public areas) and our room smelled like a mildewy basement. The bedding was not the typical soft Hampton Inn sheets and comforter we are used to. We will definitely cross this one off our list whenever making the drive to/from Florida. Sorry Hampton, this one disappointed us.

DO JOT STAY HERE This is the worst hotel ever. First room we were given was full of mold. Even when the staff came back with us they had to cover their face due to smell. 2nd room not much better Staff in responsive on any concerns If fact they weren’t even around for over an hr with a back in 5 min sign Security door lock broken. Toilet cracked fridge not cold and humming We finically unplugged it Chair broken and awful stains over it. On checkout when there was finally someone at the desk reply was she only works here. Gave us an email that we emailed answered after a year with sorry for your inconvenience. I was charged $281.39for this room. We are Hampton award members. Never again

Needs updating The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Dingy, dirty, baseboard coming off in 2 floor hall. Bug walked across nightstand right by my head. Looked like someone had laid something on bed. No ice machine on second floor even though we were told there was and place for it marked.

Warning!!!! Do NOT stay if you have asthma or allergic to mold!! Asthma Issues - Do NOT Stay here! Musty and Moldy Rooms - I wish someone would have warned us as me and my daughter have asthma and I’m allergic to mold. This is not up to Hilton standards, so keep driving or find another Hilton/Hampton Inn. Important!!!! Do not stay here if you have any respiratory or breathing issues or allergic to mold.
